EVENT FORMAT
Start Time
Races will be held on Saturdays. Server will be reset at 3pm EST/8pm BST for practice and will transition to qualifying and then to the main race. Times for each session are as follows:
- Free Practice: 45 mins (3pm EST/8pm BST)
- Qualifying: 15 mins (3:45pm EST/8:45pm BST)
- Race: 45 mins (4pm EST/9pm BST)
Vehicle Regulations
This is a GT2 only series. If you join the server with an ineligible car and do not switch to an appropriate one after being warned by the @ACC Staff Team multiple times, you will automatically be disqualified from the race and removed from the entrylist of the series. The following cars are eligible for this series:
- Audi R8 LMS GT2 (2021)
- KTM X-BOW GT2 (2021)
- Maserati GT2 (2023)
- Mercedes-AMG GT2 (2023)
- Porsche 935 (2019)
- Porsche 991II GT2 RS CS Evo (2023)
- Lamborghini Huracan ST EVO2 (2021)
- Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo (2020)
Car Changes
Drivers will be allowed to change their car 1 time at any point of the season without receiving a penalty. If a driver wishes to change to another car again after the first free change, they must skip the qualifying session and do a pit lane start on their next race. Failure to follow this procedure will result in a DSQ for the participant. Please inform a member of the @ACC Staff Team to have this change approved.
Balance of Performance (BoP)
Custom BoP will be implemented from Pitskill.io (Found here:https://pitskill.io/bop) to further balance each car and encourage more grid diversity with car selections which will also ensure more competitive racing.
Drop Race
We will be allowing 1 drop race for this series. At the end of the season, the lowest scoring race will be removed from the final standings for each driver. This is to allow for a little bit of leeway in case you are not able to attend every race or are involved in a race ending incident.
Division Standings
In addition to the combined driver standings, SILVER and BRONZE drivers will be placed into a subsidiary classification dictated by their allocated division for the series. This is to add a further incentive and dynamic to the season for all drivers to continue pushing to secure the best results in their class, ultimately aiming to being crowned SILVER or BRONZE Champion respectively.
