The ADAC Digital GT500, GT500 for short, is an iRacing GT3 race series with custom BoP and has been held since the beginning of the ADAC SimRacing Expo.
The race over 500 kilometers race distance will take place on the Sunday of the fair and will be held live on site – so the teams are within reach!
Last year Max Verstappen’s SimRacing team, Team Redline, took to the grid to compete for glory with Williams Esports.
In addition to these greats, other real racing teams with their SimRacing offshoots will be in the starting field in order to immortalize themselves in the eternal GT500 winners’ list.
All teams who enter the ADAC Digital GT500 are required to travel to the ADAC SimRacing Expo 2023 in Dortmund and race on-site. Each team will require at least 2 drivers for this event.
Before registering to the ADAC SimRacing Expo 2023 GT500, teams should be aware that they must be willing and able to travel to Dortmund to race on-site at the ADAC SimRacing Expo.
All teams that enter the series must agree to abide by the Sporting Code and Code of Conduct.
The ADAC SimRacing Expo 2023 GT500 has a prize pool of €15,000.00. The prize pool is split between the Top 30.
The prize pool is split as follows:
P11-P15 also receive €300 each.
P16-P20 receive €200 each.
P21-P30 receive €150 each.
The schedule below is approximate and subject to change.
All races in the ADAC SimExpo 2023 GT500 will have both live and post race stewarding.
Teams are requested to please check the public incident sheet to see if the contact has been put forward for investigation, before they file a report. This will save time for both the team and the stewards.
Teams will also get the opportunity to appeal against a stewards ruling. Teams are limited to only 1 appeal for the championship. Please note that appeals will only be reviewed post-race as appeals are viewed by an independent party not involved in the original decision.
Please note that the SimGrid Licence Points system documented in the Sporting Code, will be in use for the ADAC SimExpo 2023 GT500.
If your team will run with a custom livery, the livery must follow the requirements detailed in the Terms & Conditions.
The requirements and the package of logos required to be added to the livery will be added here as soon as possible.
Any politically charged or potentially offensive material on a custom livery will result in the livery being rejected.
