Formula Racing League’s premier series, Taco Tuesday is BACK for it’s SIXTEENTH season! Some see what all the fuss is about and precisely why this really is “Sim Racing At It’s Very Best”.
Taco Tuesday is build with you racers in mind as well as providing the very best of what ACC on console is! A blend of 60 & 100 minute races, throw in a couple of pit stops, provide a broadcast and commentator, a shortened 6 race calendar to keep everyone in the hunt for longer & there you have FRL’s very own taco Tuesday recipe!

Race Schedule (all times U.K. time)
- Practice - 7:30pm ( 60’ )
- Qualifying - 8:30pm ( 20’ )
- Race - 8.55pm ( 60’ )
100 Minute Special Events
Please note the 100 minute special events will be set up as follows!
- Practice - 7:30pm ( 60’ )
- Qualifying - 8:30pm ( 15’ )
- Race - 8:50pm ( 100’ )
In game server times are listed on SimGrid and are subject to change. Any changes will be notified on Discord.
Qualifying
Drivers will have the full session to set their lap times. The Starting Grid will be set based of qualifying times. During qualifying we ask that no overtaking occurs and it is the car behinds responsibility to ensure this happens. Full rules can be found on FRL Discord.
Pit Rules
60 Minute Races
- 1 Mandatory Pit Stop
- Tyre Change Mandatory
- Refuelling optional
- Cannot be done on formation Lap or Final Lap
100 Minute Special Events
- 2 Mandatory Pit Stops
- Refuelling Mandatory
- Tyre Change Optional
- 80 Minute Pit Window (Mandatory stops must be done outwith the first and last 10 minutes of the race)
- Fixed Refuelling: NO
Stewarding
With cars battling for position accidents are unfortunately inevitable. All incidents should be reported in a respectful manner using the FRL incident ticket system on the discord server. Footage will be required and is mandatory you have the facility to either record your race, live stream or save replay footage as a minimum in case you are involved in an accident. We have an experienced team of stewards and stewardesses to help assist during these moments.
Liveries
Official liveries are recommended. You can of course choose to run your own custom livery but the official ones look nicer on the live stream. Rookie drivers to FRL or indeed sim racing are recommended to don an all white livery to let other drivers know their experience level however this is not mandatory.
BROADCAST
All races of the top Tier or Taco Tuesday will be broadcast on FRL YouTube from 8:15pm each week!
