Date and Time of Race start:November 23rd 2024 at 3:00pm EST

Track: Spa-Francorchamps

Length: 24 Hours

Basic Information

1. This race will run over a set 24 hours; there will be no restarts for a bad start or bad accident as that is what the Full Course yellow (FCY) and safety car system is in place for.

2. If there is a need for a server restart a red flag will be called over team speak and will also be placed in the in-game chat.

3. For this event we will only be allowing every GT3 car in the game

4. We will be running a team based BOP for the event So we will be running a BOP session one week before the race.

5. All teams are expected to donate to compete in the event. Failure to do so will result in a 120 sec stop and go penalty. Donation must be in by the 23rd hour of the race.

6. Teams will be required to run a team with a minimum of 3 drivers and a max of 6 drivers

7. Driver will have a 70 min stint timer

8. Only 2 drivers may be on the server at a time

9. All drivers will be required to join the Team speak as race information and penalties will announced on there

10. Return To Garage is only allowed with special request

Cars and BOP

GT3 Cars- all generations of GT3 cars will be used with the BOP being used from pitskill.io

GT4 Cars- all GT4 cars will be used as well as using the BOP from pitskill.io

GT2 Cars- all GT2 cars will be used except for the porsche 935 and we will be using the BOP from pitskill.io

Cup cars- the porsche gt3 cup car will be available for everyone

Schedule for the weekend

Times will be based on Eastern Standard Time

1:00 PM- Drivers Briefing will start to give the drivers a run down of the event over the next 24 hour period

1:15 PM- Server will be ready for teams to join and at this time the 30 min Practice session will start

1:45 PM- Qualifications will start for the event we request that all drivers from the team put in at least one lap time for the event

2:45 PM- Qualifications will finish up and the 15 min window before the race will allow teams to do a pre-race interview if wanted

3:00 PM- Cars will drive off to start the race 24 hour race

4:00 PM- At this time you will be able to start Interviews in the middle of the race

3:00 AM- will mark the Half-way point of the race

2:00 PM- The Cut off period for teams to donate will be reached and the 120 second stop and go penalties will start being handed out

3:00 PM- The race will finish and the Post race Interviews will begin (We will also do another Practice period after the race for all the teams to donuts on stream if wanted 😉)

Livery Rules

1. The Charity Logo will be required on the car

2. There will be no vulgar language on the car (If not followed team will be disqualified)

3. There will be no inappropriate images on the car (if not followed team will be disqualified)

Racing Rules

1. We will be using the standard in game rolling start procedure with a full formation lap

2. Follow the standard pit entry and exit rules as would be set in normal races

3. The Sim will handle any track cut deviations, and relevant penalties for Pit lane infringements. These will NOT be cleared by the admins.

Yellow Flag

1. No Passing will be allowed under yellow flag

2. If you are the cause of yellow flag be careful on rejoin

3. In the event of a Full Course Yellow (FCY) It will be called out on Teamspeak with a countdown from 10 “Full course yellow in 10, 9, 8, 7…, Full Course Yellow in effect” you will need to slow down and turn on the pit limiter and when FCY is clear it will be announced as “Full Course yellow clear in 10, 9, 8, 7…, Full course yellow cleared.” in which you will be allowed to turn off the pit limiter and continue racing. Pit Stops will not be allowed during the FCY.

4. In the event of a safety car (SC) a message saying “Safety Car deployed” You will line up behind the SC. The SC will go out with both blinkers flashing. The SC will only be deployed during a Full Course Yellow. For the line up during the SC your Car number will be called on Teamspeak and you will be told to turn off the pit limiter and then you can line up behind the SC. You Are allowed to Pit During Safety Car but you will have to line up at the back of the queue. When the SC is ready to come A message saying “Safety Car in this lap” will be announced on team speak the Blinkers will turn off of the Straight before the Pit entry. Lead Driver Can start anytime after SC is in the Pits.

5. The safety Car will be driving at a max of 100 KPH/60 MPH.

Blue Flag

1. Slower cars are to make themselves predictable, this can be easily achieved by staying on the racing line and not weaving to block faster cars.

2. Faster cars have the responsibility to pass slower cars cleanly and safely. There are plenty of straights where this can be achieved.

3. Contact occurring through lapping will be looked at if reported.

Qualifying

Qualifying will be broken up into 4 equal qualifying sessions

1. GT3 will have the first 15 mins

2. GT2 will have the second 15 mins

3. CUP will have the third 15 mins

4. GT4 will have the last 15mins
