A brand new name and a brand new format, the Coach Dave Super Sprint will be the best series of sprint racing yet!
The Coach Dave Super Sprint series will see teams of 2 drivers head to 5 different tracks for 5 rounds of racing, and each round will feature two 60 minute races, resulting in a 10 race season!
There will be a qualifying to determine the grid for Race 1 and the result of Race 1 will determine the grid for Race 2, although the top 10 will be a reverse grid!
All teams that successfully qualify or are invited to enter the Coach Dave Super Sprint must pay the entry fee. The entry fee for Silver split and Am split is $50. The entry fee for Pro split is $60.
Each of the three splits will come with a prize pool. Each splits prize pool will be divided between the Top 10:
The prize pools for each split cannot be confirmed until after the qualification phase as the amount is dependant on the number of registered teams.
A split must have a minimum of 30 teams. Splits may be expanded to a maximum of 40 teams if required.
Possible prize pools per split are as follows:
All teams that enter the series must agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of the series.
To register as a Qualifier for the Coach Dave Super Sprint, click the "Register Team" button. On the next screen, select your team, the drivers of the car, the car and the desired car #.
Both drivers must do the qualifying process with the selected car.
Registration to the qualifiers is free, however teams will be required to pay the entry fee if they successfully qualify for any of the 3 available splits.
If the team successfully qualifies, they can use a different car than the car they qualified with. E.g. Team may qualify in AMG and race with the Porsche.
Registration to the qualifiers will close at 16:00 GMT on Sunday 20th February.
The qualification process will begin on Monday 14th February at 12:00 GMT and end on Sunday 20th February at 20:00 GMT.
Every team that registers as a Qualifier for the Coach Dave Super Sprint must have two drivers. Both drivers of the team must set hotlaps at each of the chosen tracks. These tracks are; Zandvoort and Imola.
Both drivers must set their laps in the car that the team is registered with and they must use this same car at both tracks. Any laps set in different cars to the registered car will be invalid and will not count.
The best time from each driver will then be averaged together to determine the teams lap time at each track. The team time from Zandvoort and Imola will then be added together to create the teams total qualifying time and the leaderboard will be sorted by this time.
Example: Zandvoort; 1:34.101 (Driver 1) + 1:34.222 (Driver 2) = 1:34.162 (avg time) Imola; 1:39.809 (Driver 1) + 1:40.001 (Driver 2) = 1:39.905 (avg time) Total Time; 1:34.162 + 1:39.905 = 3:14.067
At minimum, the top 30 teams will qualify to enter the Coach Dave Super Sprint. However, this number may increase as it is dependant on how many of the invited teams accept/reject their invitation.
At minimum, the top 10 teams in the qualifying will enter Pro split. The next 10 teams will enter Silver split and the next 10 teams will enter Am split.
The final number of teams that will progress from the the qualifiers will be confirmed no later than Wednesday 16th February.

Teams will have to use the Report forms made available in the discord channel #protests for incidents to be investigated by the stewards.
Teams will also get the opportunity to appeal against a penalty they received. Teams are limited to only 3 appeals in the entire season and the appeals will only be reviewed post-race as appeals are viewed by an independant party who was not involved in the original decision.
Each 60 minute race will feature a 10 minute pit window. All cars must pit during this pit window to perform their mandatory stop.
In Race 1; driver swap, refuelling and tyre changes are mandatory.

However, in the event that a teammate is unavailable, there are 3 options available to the team:
If a team is unavailable to attend a round in the championship, then use the withdraw function. This is found by clicking on the "Races" tab, and then "Admin" on the round you need to withdraw from. There you will find the withdraw button. Withdrawing from a round means you are withdrawn from both races held that round. It is not possible to only withdraw from one of the two races held at each round.
Every team is permitted 5 withdrawals. However, missing a round without prior withdrawal will see the team disqualified and removed from the series.
