Rules

A document detailing the racing rules is provided in the Discord server. Please read through this document before your first race

Stewarding

The rules will be enforced using post-race stewarding. Any driver can report incidents to the stewarding team within 24 hours of the race it happened in. The stewarding team will discuss the incident and come to a ruling. These rulings will be posted before the next race.

Attendance

Drivers can withdraw from up to 4 races (half of the season). If a driver does not withdraw from a race, they are expected to attend and will be penalized in the case of absence. A check-in is posted on Discord to indicate how many drivers are attending. All drivers are requested to check in for every race they are attending. The final entry list will be taken at most 12 hours before the event starts (7:00 BST, event starts at 19:00 BST). Hence, if you withdraw within 12 hours of the event, we cannot guarantee your withdrawal has been processed.

Simgrid Penalty points

As we use our own penalty system, the penalty points on Simgrid are only used for attendance. If you get penalty points, the standings will be adjusted to make sure they are not deducted from your season points total.
