Here are a set of racing rules for clean and respectful racing:
1. **Respect Track Limits:**
- Stay within the designated track boundaries and avoid cutting corners to gain an advantage.
2. **Maintain Control:**
- Keep your vehicle under control at all times to avoid causing collisions or obstructing other drivers.
3. **Avoid Contact:**
- Refrain from intentional contact with other cars. If accidental contact occurs, allow the other driver to recover.
4. **Yield When Overtaken:**
- If a faster car is overtaking you, yield the racing line to them when safe to do so.
5. **Defensive Driving:**
- Defend your position fairly without weaving or blocking excessively.
6. **Respect Blue Flags:**
- Allow faster cars to pass when shown a blue flag.
7. **Observe Yellow Flags:**
- Slow down and be prepared to avoid incidents when yellow flags are displayed.
8. **No Dive Bombing:**
- Avoid making aggressive, last-moment moves into corners that could cause collisions.
9. **Pit Lane Etiquette:**
- Follow pit lane speed limits and procedures; do not obstruct others entering or exiting the pits.
10. **Re-join Safely:**
- When re-joining the track after an off, do so safely without impeding oncoming traffic.
11. **Respect Qualifying Laps:**
- Give space to drivers on hot laps during qualifying sessions.
12. **Sportsmanship:**
- Show good sportsmanship by apologizing for mistakes and respecting fellow racers both on and off the track.
13. **Report Issues Respectfully:**
- Report any grievances or incidents to race officials in a respectful and constructive manner. This can be done via our discord server. You have 1 hour post race to lodge a complaint.
