Driver Etiquette:
- respect your fellow drivers. no dive-bombing or reckless overtakes.
- give racing room, especially in tight sections. remember, rubbing is racing, but crashing is not.
- if you're being lapped, move aside safely and let faster cars through.
Following Flags:
- yellow flag: slow down and be prepared to avoid incidents. no overtaking.
- blue flag: if you're being shown the blue flag, let faster cars pass as soon as it's safe.
- black flag: if you receive a black flag, you must pit immediately and follow the race director's instructions.
- white flag: there's a slow car ahead. prepare to slow down and take avoiding action.
Respecting Peers:
- treat everyone with respect, both on and off the track. no abusive language or behavior.
- if you cause an incident, own up to it and apologize. we all make mistakes, but being a cunt about it won't help.
Respecting Admins:
- follow the instructions of the race admins at all times. they're there to ensure a fair and safe race.
- if you have a dispute, raise it calmly and respectfully. the admins' decisions are final.
Represent Yourself:
- race clean and fair. your actions on track reflect who you are.
- maintain a positive attitude, even when things don't go your way. racing is about sportsmanship as much as it is about speed.
- remember, we're all here to enjoy the sport we love. keep it fun and competitive.
Nordschleife Specifics:
- the nordschleife is a difficult track due to its tight, twisty nature and unforgiving corners. extra caution is required to navigate it safely.
- if there are not enough participants present, the race will be red-flagged.
- anyone entering the server with malicious intent will be banned immediately, and a red flag situation will occur.
