15.7 A car can only stop in front of its own garage and perform a pit stop.
15.8 The pit lane is divided into two lanes, with the lane closest to the pit wall designated as the "fast lane" and the lane closest to the garages designated as the "inside lane."
15.8 During the Qualifying session, drivers can line up in the fast lane in random order and, with the approval of Race Control, proceed in sequence.

18.4 During the Qualifying session, drivers must have at least 3 laps' worth of fuel in their cars. Drivers intentionally running out of fuel and pitting back without cost, i.e., pit teleportation without following the rules, will be investigated.
19) FORMATION LAP AND RACE START PROCEDURE
19.1 The formation lap will begin with the sequence of five (5) red lights flashing on and off. During the formation lap, it is dangerous and prohibited for drivers to overtake each other or have fewer cars between them. Drivers who fail to comply will be investigated.
19.2 If two drivers make contact during the formation lap, the incident will be investigated, and the formation lap will be restarted.

If a driver does not move to their correct grid or causes damage to another driver while doing so, the incident will be investigated, the formation lap will be restarted, and the driver must start from the pit, or they will be disqualified.

a) The front wheels of the car should be inside the white grid lines.
b) The front two wheels of the car should be on or behind the yellow line.
c) The body of the car should appear perpendicular to the yellow line from a bird's-eye view.

19.9 When the "Real Penalty" program engages the start procedure, no car can move or go abowe speed limits; otherwise, the involved drivers will be penalized.
19.10 While the start lights are about to illuminate, drivers can press the throttle and rev their cars or use what gear they decice for rolling start as desired without moving them.
19.11 No driver can move before the necessary voice command and green lights in the "Real Penalty" program. Otherwise, the relevant driver will be penalized for a false start.
19.12 In the event of a potential ping issue, bug, or driver error causing a crash or chain reaction crash during the race start, the session may be restarted at the discretion of the session management.

21.2 During the restart, all rules of Article 19 will apply.
22) FORMATION LAP BEHIND SAFETY CAR
22.1 If the track conditions are considered unsuitable to start the race, the formation lap may take place behind the safety car for the planned duration. If this situation occurs, the "Wait" command will be given at the beginning of the formation lap.
22.2 The formation lap behind the safety car continues until race conditions are suitable. If the Board of Directors decides that conditions are worsening, they may suspend the session.
22.3 When the command "Safety car pitting in this lap" is given, the safety car will leave the track, and all drivers must be ready for a rolling start.
22.4 All cars starting from the pit lane during the formation lap can join the formation lap and complete their laps. However, they must enter the pit on the lap when the race starts.
22.5 Any driver entering the pit during the formation lap can rejoin the track but must comply with the order of exiting the pit (cannot reclaim the lost position).
22.6 Overtaking is only allowed during the formation lap under the following conditions:
a) If there is more than one car with lapped.
b) If any driver slows down or stops due to a mechanical failure, disregard point a.
22.7 The safety car will stay on the track for at least 2 laps.
23) ROLLING START AND ROLLING RACE START
23.1 (Other Classes Rule) After the start for the formation lap, the vehicles must continue in grid positions in 2 rows without passing until the start of the virtual safety vehicle, the virtual safety vehicle indicates the start of the race start procedure, the speed limit is set at 80 Kilometer Hour until the green flag is given, the green flag means that the race has started.
23.2 (Formula Rule) If, after one or more formation laps behind the safety car, the track conditions are not suitable for a sprint session or race, TAC-DB verbally indicates that there will be a Rolling Start. At this point, the car in the 1st position can determine and, if necessary, reduce the speed between itself and the safety car by more than 10 cars' distance. No driver can overtake another car until the first car crosses the line. When the speed of the leading car exceeds 160 km/h, the "160 KM/H" green flag will be waved, and the race is considered to have started.

24.1 The Race Director may report any incident on the track or suspicion of a violation of these Sporting Regulations. The Regulations or Rules ("Incident") will be reported to the stewards. The decision to continue the investigation will be at their discretion.
The stewards may also investigate an Incident recorded by themselves.
