LEAGUE RULES
PIT STOPS
Drivers are required to take at least one pit stop throughout the duration of each race, though multiple pit stops are allowed. Drivers are also required to take at least one set of tires. If it begins to rain, the changeover from dry tires to wet tires will count as your tire replacement. Also, if for some reason you are disconnected from the session and choose to reconnect, you will automatically be placed in the pits upon rejoining the session. This too, will count as your pit stop.
SUCCESS BALLAST
This season, many rules will be changed to mirror rules from the DTM series. One of those rules is the success ballast. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place drivers from each race will be sent to the back of the grid in the following race. 1st place will start last, 2nd place will start second-to-last, and 3rd place will start third-to-last. Unfortunately, iRacing does not allow weight penalties on individual drivers (only on certain cars, which would affect everyone driving said car), so this is the best way of going about the success ballast. This will be done during the pace lap at the beginning of every session. To make it easier on management, if you finished in the top-3 last race, please do not set a qualifying lap in the next race.

DISCONNECTSIn the event that your sim crashes or disconnects - or you lose internet - there will be exceptions to the pit rule. When you rejoin the lobby you will automatically be placed into the pits, and this will initiate a pitstop. Because you will have already lost tons of pace, this will serve as your mandatory stop. Please let a member of the leadership team know about the mishap via voice chat or Discord.
INCIDENTS & DNF’S
Incidents happen. We’ve all been overly ambitious entering a turn or overtaking someone in a chicane. With this being said, sometimes incidents can be dangerous and/or intentional. If you feel as if you’ve been the victim of an intentional or unnecessary incident, please clip it after the race and send it to a member of the management team. The matter will be reviewed, and if someone is found to be at fault, they will be disqualified from the race. In Season 5 we will also be implementing an incident penalty to further promote clean competition. Drivers will be allowed 18x worth of incident points before being penalized with a drive-through penalty. This is the equivalent of 4 large accidents and should be more than enough to get even the newest of drivers through a race. We will also be bringing back the 1 Quick Repair feature since we still have many new drivers on the grid. Please remember that if you are severely damaged you MUST GET TOWED TO THE PITS. If you cause an incident because you had a meatball flag and were in someone’s racing line, you will be disqualified from the race. DNF’s or DNR’s will both be given 0 points for the race. A DNF indicates a driver who did not finish the race due to damage or disqualification. This includes if you’re stuck in the pits. Dive-bombing is not condoned and will be taken extremely seriously at the conclusion of the race. Drivers are allowed ONE BLOCK and then must give the driver they’re fighting an opportunity to battle. Illegal overtakes will be reviewed to see if more than one block was utilized. All replays are monitored at the end of each qualifying and race session. Incidents are inspected by a panel of admins and moderators, with penalties being handed out (severity determined by the panel). Drivers will be either verbally warned of their incident, or informed of their penalty at the conclusion of the replay review. There will also be a log compiled of all warnings and incidents with timestamps and dates. If you have a particular incident in practice, qualifying, or the race session - please reach out to the moderation team with either a video or timestamp explaining your case. On the flip side, if you’re the recipient of a penalty, you ARE ALLOWED to dispute the penalty. If a member of the admin or moderator team is deemed to present any bias in the decision, or decisions pertaining to one driver, they will not be used in the decision making process for incidents including that member. Please understand that you’re conduct in qualifying is just as, if not MORE important than your conduct in the race. If you are on an “OUT LAP”, monitor your relatives for oncoming drivers who may be putting in a “FLYING LAP”. If you impede their racing line, you will be sent to the very back of the grid at the beginning of the race session. Penalties can come in the form of time penalties, grid position penalties, or points penalties. Drivers may also be suspended or completely expelled from the league and community depending on the panel’s decision.
