All members of the registered teams must qualify on one of the 3 sessions.
- Pre-race briefing will not be held

CRITERIAS OF THE PARTICIPATION
- Every driver must complete at least 30 laps on our practice server.
- All members of the registered teams must qualify on one of the 3 sessions.
- Only two member of the teams are allowed to connect to the Race Server at the same time! A driver and a spectator. If any of the teams have more than 1 spectator in the server, they will be penalized!

PROGRAM OF RACEDAY
- The server starts at 18th december 2021 CET, between 9:25 and 9:30.
- 30 minutes Warmup
- The race starts automatically at 10:00.
- Full lap formation lap, and 5 minutes wait time before the race.
- The Race's simulated start time will be right after the warmup end time, only the 5 minutes wait time will happen between them.

STEWARDING
There will be live stewarding for this event but please remember it is a charity event, so we will be slightly more relaxed on things and there may be hours in the event where no stewards are present at all as they will also be racing as well as stewarding. By no means will we accept any unsportmanlike behaviour out on track. Be respectful and use the gentlemans rule of racing also. Use of in game chat during the race is forbidden. Any driver in a team doing so can see themselves and the team disqualified
CUSTOM LIVERIES
Custom liveries are not permitted for this event unfortunately as we want the server to perform at its peak and best for the whole 12 hours.
