North American eSports Coalition - Endurance Cup
NAeSC was formed with the goal of bringing driver-swap endurance sim racing to console players in North America. If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at endurance racing in a competitive, but friendly, environment, look no further.
The NAeSC Endurance Cup is a 4 race endurance championship open to all Xbox Series S|X and PS5 players (crossplay is enabled). These will be team races with driver swaps enabled to add an element of teamwork and strategy. So grab a friend (or use our free agent channel to find a new one) and jump into endurance racing!
Race days will follow the following schedule: Practice (45 min) - 11:15 AM Eastern US
Qualifying (15 min) - 12:00 PM Eastern US
Race (5 - 8 hours) - 12:15 PM Eastern US

Race Format
Due to limitations with SimGrid, several of the attributes on the SimGrid page are inaccurate. The information below is what will be configured for each race.
Race Length: 5 hours (season finale 8 hours)
Driver Swaps: Enabled
Drive Time Requirements: None
Pit Stop Requirements: None
Tire Sets: Unlimited
We will be using the pitskill.io BoP from prior to the GT2 DLC release.
Season Format
Our season will be comprised of 4 races, running from March to September. There will be two championship up for grabs, both at the team level (no drivers championship).
Open Championship: All teams, regardless of composition and drive time, will score points towards the open championship. At the end of the season the team with the most points will be deemed the champion.
Bronze Championship: Any team that completes a race with 50% or more of the race laps completed by an amateur driver will receive points towards the Bronze Championship. At season end, the team that accumulates the most points in the Bronze Championship will be deemed the champion.
