(A racing incident is a term used to describe a situation where neither driver involved is predominantly at fault. Racing incidents are often seen as unavoidable situations in the heat of competition, and penalties are not applied to maintain fairness and acknowledge the unpredictable nature of racing.)
Any driver who is believed to be driving with malicious intent will receive a disqualification from the entire Noobs “R” Us community, and will no longer be able to partake in any of our events.
Racing incidents will not be penalized unless they appear to be intentional.
