OVERVIEW
Welcome to the very first ERS GT World Endurance Series! This series comes as there is a lack of endurance racing on SimGrid.
This is a team event. You can register with a 2 to 5 team driver line up for this series. The drivers must be selected 24 hours prior to each race. There can be no changes after this. If you do change anything you risk your event being ruined as admins will have taken your previous entry list.
There will be only one split for this series with a 50 team maximum capacity. Within your teams you can then have your 2 to 5 driver line up and you are able to change drivers in that team every round if you so wish to do. This means we will see 50 teams and upto 200 drivers competing around the world to become the endurance champion.
This endurance championship has a $10 team entry fee payable on entering.
REGISTRATION
To register for this championship, click the "Register Team" button and select your team, the drivers of the car, car class and car. There is a $10 team entry fee as mentioned before. This is to cover all the costs to run such championship from prizes, administration, servers, broadcasting, commentary & stewarding.
Teams can register 2-5 team members for the entire series. The drivers must be selected 24 hours prior to each race. There can be no changes after this. If you wish to participate in this event you will need to join the ERS discord to stay upto date.

STEWARDING
The ERS GT World Endurance Series will have both Live Race stewarding and Post Race stewarding. During the race you can contact stewards via the discord where we will have a dedicated incident channel.
RULES PIT STOPS AND STINTS
The series imposes a 65 minutes driver stint limit. The stint timer stops when you enter the pitlane and is reset upon exiting the pit lane (unless you are serving a penalty). The game will automatically apply a Drive Through penalty if the stint limit is exceeded. Each driver must drive at least one stint during each race. Teams will receive a penalty of 130 seconds if a driver does not drive a stint. There is no maximum driver time and there are no mandatory number of pit stops. You will be limited to 6 Tyre Sets for a 6h Race 9 for a 9h race and 12 Tyre Sets for a 12h Race.
POINTS SYSTEM
Points will be awarded to every team of each race. The points allocated for each position is 1st = 100 to 50th = 1
ABSENT TEAM MATE
This is a driver swap series where each team is required to have minimum 2 drivers at a race. If you originally signed up with a 3 driver team but only 2 can make an event, as long as you have removed that third driver from your team before that 24 hour mark there will be no issues. However, if you forget to do this and enter the event your team will receive a penalty due to not all drivers completing a stint.
CUSTOM LIVERIES
The use of custom liveries made outside of the game is permitted in this league but please bear in mind that they are not officially supported by the game developers and their use can induce significant lag for the user.
Custom liveries can be shared in a dedicated channel on discord for the stream broadcaster to run. Custom Liveries MUST also have the ERS & The Sim Grid logos on the car.
Custom liveries must be posted in our liveries channel on our discord!
Any politically charged or potentially offensive material on a custom livery will see that driver banned from the league.
WITHDRAW AND RESERVES
If a team is unavailable to attend a round in the championship, then use the withdraw function. This is found by clicking on the "Races" tab, and then "Admin" on the round you need to withdraw from. There you will find the withdraw button.
Teams are permitted one withdrawal in this series. Missing a race without withdrawal will result in disqualification. If a team has withdrawn from a race, but wish to attend the race after all, please contact a member of the Event Admin team as the slot may have already been filled by a Reserve team.
If you are a reserve team, you can see if teams have withdrawn from a round on the same "Admin" tab on each round. If you see a team has withdrawn and you wish to take their place, please contact a member of or ACC Admin team.
