Meow Before the 24

WELCOME TO THE MEOW BEFORE THE DAYONTA 24

This 6 Hour race before the iRacing Daytona 24 race will take place on the 6th of January 2024!

It is important to know that this event is free to enter for all participants, we want to make it possible for every driver interested to take part in this event! We currently have allowed 50 teams to sign up, as per demand we will increase the number of cars slightly if necessary.

• Start type: Rolling Start
• Team Size: Min 1, Max: 15
• Fast repairs: 1
• Weather: Generate weather & dynamic sky
• Sim Time of day & Date: Closest to real-life date & 2 PM race start
• Incident Limit: First penalty 25x, after every 10x
• Leave marbles on track: On
• Race 1: Practice, Qualifying & Race. Starting track state:Race 1: Practice, Qualifying & Race. Starting track state: Generate & Carry Over

  EVENT TIMING:

  • 01:40 PM (UK) -> 60 min Practice
  • 02:10 PM (UK) -> Drivers meeting -> and the end rest of practice
  • 02:40 PM (UK) -> 4 lap solo qualifying
  • 03:00 PM (UK) -> Race 6H

Any livery used while forbidden by the Trading Paints User Guidelines will have the user removed from the series.
