It's been a while, but DC is back with endurance racing!
DC-SimRacing welcomes you to the GT3 World Endurance Series!
The GT3 World Endurance Series is a 3 round series running from October to December. Featuring 3 races every third Saturday of the month. The maximum grid size is 48 cars. This series is for GT3 cars only. The race length varies from 6 up to 10 hours, with a total combined length of 24 hours.
This series is free to enter!
First-come-first-serve event. Register quickly to secure your space on the grid. Once the grid is full, you can register as a reserve team and then take any available grid slots should a team drop out.
To register, please select the "Register Team" button. This will take you to the screen where you select the team you want to register. The "team entry" field is only required if you intend to register more than one car per team.
The car change deadline is 17-11-2023 23:59 CEST
This series will have live race stewarding and post race stewarding.
The series imposes a 70 minutes driver stint limit. The stint limit is reset upon exiting the pit lane (unless you are serving a penalty). The game will automatically apply a penalty if the stint limit is exceeded.
There is no maximum driver time.
There are no mandatory number of pit stops.
Tyre sets are unlimited.
FASTEST LAP
The fastest lap of the race is worth an additional three points.
If it's the case that the grid isn't completely filled up, it will be possible to sign up for a race using a wild card entry. Teams participating by wild card will not score points for the leaderboard, but will have the option to sign up for the remainder of the series.
Custom liveries made outside of the game are permitted in this series but please bear in mind that they are not officially supported by the game's developers. Custom liveries can be supplied in Discord. Any politically charged or potentially offensive material on a custom livery will see the driver banned from the series.
The qualifying and the race will be streamed live on Youtube.
It is required to join our Discord for communication and drivers briefing.
If a team is unavailable to attend a round in the championship, then use the withdraw function. This is found by clicking on the "Races" tab, and then "Admin" on the round you need to withdraw from. There you will find the withdraw button. Teams are permitted one withdrawal in this series. Missing a race without withdrawal will result in disqualification.
