Velocity International Racing League's GT3/GT4 Fun Race
Overview:
Velocity International Racing League is a host born from the XBOX community at Slipstream International. This GT3/GT4 race will run a 45 minute race with standard timed Qualifying. Drivers will need to perform a classification run in one of our servers. Fast drivers will be placed in GT4, and slower drivers in GT3. DO NOT SANDBAG. For registration, if you are doing sub-2:00.000 laps at Silverstone, or very close, select GT4. Otherwise select GT3.
Event Structure:
Race will take place at 3PM EDT on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023. Server will be reset promptly at 3PM to start official practice, but will be open to all participants two week in advance. Drivers will join this server to post their classification times in a GT3 car of their choosing.
Qualifying will be split into two 15 minute mini sessions. GT4 cars will go out at the beginning of Quali and run laps for 15 minutes. GT3 cars will then have the track for the last 15 minutes. Drivers must have Voice Chat enabled to hear commands from Race Control/Stewards. Any GT4 still on track when GT3's start their flying laps will start from the pits.

Assists:
- All tiers will have the maximum stability control setting to 0. Other than the ones mentioned here, all assists are allowed to be used.
Regions:
- Our Assetto Corsa Competizione Xbox event runs at a time that enables North American drivers to compete.
Stewarding:
- Our Discord incident reporting functionality will be used for after-the-race reporting, with a window of 24 hours.
- The Stewards can and will hand out penalties without reports if they deem it appropriate and necessary
