A team of 2 - 3 drivers is required in order to sign up to the championship. Follow the instructions here on the Simgrid platform in order to create a team.
If you do not have any team members, join our discord server in order to ask around for teammates!
The start time of each session can be viewed in the "RACES" tab on this page. Start time is displayed in your local time
3 - 4 hour races start at 19:00 UTC/BST 6 hour races start at 18:00 UTC/BST
The start time includes qualifying and the race, it does not include practise.
There will be a practise server available all day before qualifying and the race.
Qualifying is a standard 25 mins for all rounds.
18:00/19:00 UTC - Server resets for qualifying
18:30/19:30 UTC - Race begins
1 extra point is awarded for qualifying pole position.
1 extra point is awarded for the fastest race lap
Teams are required to finish the race to receive extra points.
Your first stint driver must join the server first for qualifying; any team member is able to complete qualifying. You must also ensure that team members don't join the server at the same time.
In the event of a disconnect from the server for the person currently driving the car, the other team member(s) spectating must leave the server. Your first stint driver must then join the server followed by the rest of the team. The car can then be driver swapped back to the team member who was in the car previous to the crash.
In the event of a red flag, the first stint driver must be allowed to join the server before any other teammate. Joining the server in the wrong order, or not leaving the server before allowing the first stint driver to rejoin will corrupt the entrylist, leading to an early disqualification from the event.
There will only be a red flag (event is stopped temporarily/permanently) in the event of a server crash.
1. The event organisers will put out an announcement that there is a server crash and possibly an ETA on when the server will be back up for teams to join
2. The event organisers will work in the background to configure the entrylist to put teams in the grid positions before the server crash.
3. The server will be reset for a 10 m practise session and the remaining time of the race and an announcement will be put up to notify the drivers. NOTE: In the event a team is placed in the wrong grid position, there is nothing that can be done and the team will have to continue that race from that position.
There is no live stewarding, instead teams must clip incidents through the xbox feature and submit them to our stewarding form in the GHR discord server
When submitting an incident report, your clip should provide:
