A practise server will be available leading up to the event
Server opens at 18:00 BST
Server opens at 12:50 BST
The leading car will act as a safety car for the formation laps. There will be 2 long formation laps; the initial formation lap + another ghosted safety lap to allow cars to regain their initial qualifying positions from Friday if the game places them in the wrong position on the grid.
It's important that the first stint driver of the team is the first to join the race server on Saturday. Once the first stint driver joins the server spectators are free to leave and join as they wish.
If the team member who is currently driving the car disconnects, all spectators in the serve must leave and the first stint driver must rejoin the server followed by the spectators.
If anyone else other than the first stint driver rejoins the server (even the person who was currently driving the car who had gotten disconnected), or the spectators do not leave the server, the entrylist will become corrupted and the team will not be able to finish the race and will be forced to retire the car.
Anyone on the team may complete the qualifying session on Friday.
We also ask teams to have maximum 1-2 additional spectators along with the driver out on track to reduce un-necessary server stress.
Teams will be able to freely swap, add, remove drivers and change cars up until 17:30 BST Friday 28th July. After the initial deadline, teams will not be able to swap cars for any reason, and may only change their driver lineup in extreme circumstances (e.g., driver unable to race) with GHR approval.
Drivers may report incidents in our discord server within 24 hrs of the race finishing.
Make sure to include multiple camera angles of all drivers involved as well as the HUD in your clip. Its best to save a replay using the in-game replay function in ACC then record that using the Xbox clip feature.
