SCHEDULE
Races are held on Monday, beginning at 9pm EDT/EST.
QUALIFYING
The CMS ACC Chapter utilizes a qualifying server to allow the admins to properly assist drivers in finding which split is the best fit for them. Running on the server is highly recommended. Details for the server can be found here: https://www.thesimgrid.com/championships/429
REGISTRATION
To confirm your entry into the CMS ACC Series Season 8, please register here on The Sim Grid in the respective split you're looking to race in. Drivers of any skill level are welcome, but here are our recommendations if you're unsure of what class to select:
- GT3 Pro: For skilled drivers who fall within 104% of the fastest time on our qualifying server. Note that the 104% is only a recommendation and not a hard requirement for entry into the Pro split!
- GT3 AM: For those getting to grips with ACC that enjoy running the GT3 cars. Car selection is somewhat restricted to narrow down the decision process for car selection. Highly recommended for new members still adjust to ACC.
- ST Split 1 (The only ST split currently): For those looking to get away from the GT3 party, but don't want to worry about the car selection process; the ST is a naturally very oversteery car, and not something we'd recommend looking for an easy arrive and drive experience.
WEATHER
All servers will run dynamic weather. That stated, please note that the ST and GT3 Pro servers will run higher variability/dynamic weather and timescales!
RESERVE DRIVERS
Please note that we're happy to accept reserve drivers! We will be checking for race attendance each round; reserves will be granted access to open slots on a first come, first serve basis. Attendance for each round should be finalized by 9pm Eastern on the Sunday before the race. If enough reserve drivers are present, we're more than happy to run additional servers to accommodate.
EVENT TIMELINE
A typical event timeline will be (EDT/EST):
8:50pm | Drivers Meeting
9:00pm | Qualifying Starts
9:30pm | Race Starts
10:50pm | Race Ends

STEWARDING
