INSCRIPTION
L'inscription à ce championnat requiert la participation à la préqualification
Vous faites partie des 48 pilotes les plus rapides de la préqualification ! Déjà félicitations ! Une catégorie vous est attribuée sur le Discord après la période de préqualification du 5 au 11 février donc il faut vous inscrire dans cette catégorie. Vous avez juste à cliquer sur le bouton "register", ensuite vous pourrez choisir votre classe, la voiture avec laquelle vous avez fait votre meilleur chrono en préqualif et votre numéro de course favori !
INFORMATIONS
La eFaster VENYM Cup est un championnat sprint en GT3 de 6 courses à travers le monde sur ACC. Elle sera composée de 5 courses d'1 heure au Paul Ricard 🇫🇷, Zolder 🇧🇪, Spa 🇧🇪, Brands Hatch 🇬🇧, Misano 🇮🇹 et une finale de 2h à Bathurst 🇦🇺
CATEGORIES & SCORING
Nous aurons donc 3 catégories sur la piste lors de ce championnat : Pro, Silver & AM
Chacune sera composée de 16 pilotes et de son propre classement.
Il y aura aussi un classement général disponible après chaque manche dans un salon dédié sur le Discord.
Lors des qualifications, chaque catégorie disposera de 10 minutes pour se qualifier, afin d'éviter que la piste soit trop encombrée et que nous puissions voir toutes les catégories sur le stream.
Le scoring se fera comme le GT World Challenge IRL. Il y aura des points pour les 10 premiers de chaque catégorie comme ceci : 25/18/15/12/10/8/6/4/2/1. Ce sera le même système pour le classement général.
PITSTOP
Il y aura un arrêt aux stands obligatoire sur chacune des manches avec essence obligatoire mais changement de pneus pas obligatoire pour vous laisser l'opportunité de tenter des stratégies différentes.
L'arrêt aux stands sera à effectuer lors de la fenêtre qui sera de la 25ème à la 35ème minute de course.
PROGRAMMATION
Les courses de la eFaster VENYM Cup auront lieu les Mardi soirs.
Essais libres : 18h00 CET
Qualifications : 20h20 CET
Course : 21h CET
ABSENCES
Nous attendons de vous que vous soyez présents à toutes les manches en vous inscrivant à ce championnat. Mais on le sait il y a beaucoup d'aléas dans la vie et donc une absence peut arriver
Pour indiquer votre absence, vous pouvez envoyer un message sur le Discord et cliquer sur le bouton "withdraw" dans l'onglet "RACES" afin que nous puissions avoir une idée des absences sur chaque course.
La limite d'absences a été fixé à 2 sur ce championnat, donc si vous en ratez une troisième vous serez automatiquement disqualifié du championnat.
BOP
La décision a été prise d'utiliser la BOP mise en place par LFM sur la eFaster VENYM Cup. Cela permettra de voir une belle panoplie de voitures en piste !
PRIX
Nous aurons des lots à gagner pour les vainqueurs de chaque catégorie ainsi que pour le pilote le plus propre du championnat.

COMMISSION DE COURSE
Il y aura une commission de course en direct lors de la eFaster Cup avec un steward qui jugera tous les contacts. Il sera en plus possible de faire des réclamations post-course dans un channel dédié sur le serveur Discord dans les 24h après la course en question.
Toutes les réclamations seront checkés par la commission de course qui décidera des éventuelles pénalités à attribuer.
LIVREES PERSOS
L'utilisation de livrées personnalisées est autorisée lors de la eFaster VENYM Cup. Il y aura un channe dédié sur le Discord afin de nous transmettre vos livrées avec un petit tutoriel pour ceux qui n'y sont pas habitués. Un pack de livrées sera disponible pour ceux qui souhaitent voir toutes les autres livrées in-game.
Bien évidemment tout message ou symbole politique, raciste ou considéré abusif sera interdit !

REGISTRATION
This championship requires to be signed up in the prequaly !
If you are part of the 48 drivers who made the prequaly ! Congratulations to you guys. You will be assigned to a class at the end of the prequaly on 11th February and you will have to register in this class. You simply have to click on the "register" tab, then you will be able to chose your category, the car you used to make your fastest lap in prequaly, and your racing number.
OVERVIEW
The eFaster Cup is a 6 round GT3 sprint championship around the world. There will be 5 1h races at Paul Ricard 🇫🇷, Zolder 🇧🇪, Spa 🇧🇪, Brands Hatch 🇬🇧, Misano 🇮🇹 and a special finale at Bathurst 🇦🇺 with a 2h race worth twice in terms of points !
CLASSES & SCORING
3 categories will share the track in this championship : Pro, Silver and Am.
Each one of them will have 16 drivers and each one will have its own leaderboard.
There will also be an overall leaderboard which will be available after each round on the eFaster VENYM Cup Discord, channel "leaderboard"
During qualy, each category will have a 10 minute span to qualify so that the track is not overloaded and everybody get the chance to get himself on the stream.
Scoring will be identical to the GT World Challenge. Points for the first 10 of each class : 25/18/15/12/10/8/6/4/2/1
PITSTOPS
There is a mandatory pitstop to be done in each race with mandatory refuel and non-mandatory tire change to spice things up.
This pitstop will have to be taken during the pit window which will go from the 25th minute of the race until the 35th minute
EVENT SCHEDULE
Races will be held on Tuesday nights,
Practice : 6pm/18:00 CET Time
Qualy : 8:20pm/20:20 CET Time
Race : 9pm/21:00 CET Time
DROP ROUNDS
As you registered for the championship you have to be present for all the races. As we know, IRL is more important so you can be unavailable at some point.
The drop round limit is set at 2, which means that if you miss more than 2 races in the championship, you will automatically be DSQed.
BOP
The decision has been made to use the BOP made by LFM in the eFaster VENYM Cup. It will help seeing more car models on track !
PRIZES
There will be prizes for the winners of each class and for the cleanest driver of the championship.

STEWARDING
There will be live stewarding during the eFaster VENYM Cup with 1 steward looking at the contacts. Nonetheless, reclamations can be made via the eFaster VENYM Cup Discord in a specific channel until 24h after the race.
Each incident will be reviewed and investigated by our stewards and penalties will be applied if necessary.
CUSTOM LIVERIES
The use of custom liveries is allowed in the eFaster VENYM Cup. There will also be a specific channel in the eFaster VENYM Cup Discord where you will have to send your livery. A livery pack will be available for the drivers as well. A quick tutorial on how to send your livery will be available there.
Any political, racial, abusive stuff on a livery is obviously strictly forbidden.
