BOX³ MOTORSPORTS PRESENTS: DAY N NITE SPRINTS

We missed the Monday races! But we're back at it!

DETAILS

We will be running a sprint series for 6 weeks. This will include 2 x 20min sprints, one during the day and one during the night. There will be qualifying for Sprint 1 and your first race result will set your grid position for Sprint 2. The first, second, and third place in each sprint will get 30, 20, and 10kg ballast respectively for the next Sprint. This also carries over to the next week.

WEEKEND OVERVIEW

There will be a 5-minute Free Practice, 10-minute Qualifying, and 2 x 20-minute Sprints.

Rough times for the sessions below:

• Drivers Briefing: 5:45 PM UTC / 1:45 PM EDT
• Free Practice: 6 PM UTC / 2 PM EDT
• Qualifying: ~ 6:05 PM UTC / 2:05 PM EDT
• Sprint 1: ~ 6:15 PM UTC / 2:15 PM EDT
• Sprint 2: ~ 6:45 PM UTC / 2:35 PM EDT

CUSTOM LIVERIES

The use of custom liveries made outside of the game is permitted in this event. You can upload your custom liveries on the Awesome Simracing website. However, the use of these liveries is not officially supported by the game developers. Please be aware that running external custom liveries can induce significant client-side lag when another user connects or disconnects.

RULES

Our race rules can be found on our website, being in our discord is also mandatory for communication. Incidents can be reported after the race in the 'Admin' section on SimGrid. To make things very clear for our stewards and other drivers, please set your discord username to the same as your in-game name.
