RIP Racing Club Porsche Carrera Cup 2022

GENERAL RACING RULES:

1. When going for a pass on the car in front, make sure to do it clean. It's on the passing driver to make sure it's a safe move. Do not dive bomb, and don't cut the other car off past the turn in point. 
2. When defending, you have on reactionary move. Do not weave/zig-zag or block the other car. Trying to break tow by zig-zagging is considered blocking.
3. If you lose control of the car and can't save it, make sure to hold your brakes. This makes you much more predictable to cars coming up behind you.
4. If you go off track, make sure you re-join safely. Use the relative and the map to check if it's clear.
5. Pay attention to yellow or white flags. Slow down or lift if needed.
6. Be patient with other drivers.
7. No excessive light flashing.
8. Make sure to stay withing the solid lines on pit entry and exit. Gaining time or creating dangerous situations doing so is a reportable offence.

BLUE FLAG RULES:

1. It's on the lapping/faster car to initiate the overtake and do so cleanly.
2. The backmarker/slower class IS expected to help the overtaking car get their move done
3. The backmarker/slower class IS NOT expected or required to yield or go off their racing line, but are allowed to do so. Be predictable. It's suggested to use the indicator to show the side you're sticking to. 
4. The backmarker/slower class IS NOT allowed to go defensive and/or block the lapping/faster car.
5. Be cautious, exercise sportsmanship allow each other racing room
6. Be patient with other drivers

NON-FINISHING PENALTIES

We are operating a 50% points rule, if you do not finish 50% of the race you will not be issued points and DNF'd

We are tracking those who cause penalty worthy incidents but then leave the race before it has finished. (Internet drop-outs not included). This is a 3 strike system, meaning if you do this 3 times throughout the Championship you will be withdrawn and no longer able to compete.

FAILURE TO ADHERE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE CAN RESULT IN PENALTIES BEING APPLIED

ANY TOXIC BEHAVIOUR ON OR OFF TRACK, IN-GAME OR OUT OF GAME WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
