Italian Championship - Ferrari vs Lamborghini

PRESENTATION

As a part of its "Fridays Endurance", BroSport Racing presents a 100% italian GT3 mini-championship in which two mythical brands will compete : Ferrari and Lamborghini !

This individual championship will take place in 3 rounds on the tracks of Monza, Misano and Imola. Each round will include a 15 minutes free practice, a 15 minutes qualifying practice and a 1h30 race with a complete formation lap.

GENERAL ORGANIZATION ON XBOX (CHAMPIONSHIP)

REGISTRATION & ENTRY :

Drivers who wish to participate must register via the SimGrid website. In order to facilitate communication between the staff and the pilots, we ask all the registered pilots to join our Discord using this link: https://discord.gg/c4rT5NFq2W .

Each driver who registers for the championship commits to participate in all the races scheduled on the calendar. However, in case of unavailability or force majeure, it will be possible to miss 1 race without being penalized by using the "Withdraw" module of the concerned round (an undeclared absence will be penalized by 5 points in the championship).

If a registered driver misses at least 2 races, he will be automatically disqualified from the championship.

CARS & DELIVERIES :

The class, model and car number must be chosen at the time of registration for the championship. It will not be possible to change during the whole championship. Disqualification is possible in case of no respect.

The livery of the cars is totally free and can be changed between each round, BUT, it will be imperative to respect the number chosen at registration.

CALENDAR AND SCHEDULES :

The complete calendar, the schedules and the duration of the sessions are available in the tab " Races " of the championship. In case of modification, the pilots will be informed on the Discord of the BSR and will be the object of an update on the SimGrid site.

RULES & COMPLAINTS :

Each registered driver agrees to respect the racing rules available on the BSR Discord and in the " Rules " tab of the championship.

In case of incident on the track, it is possible to make a complaint by the module " Report Incident " in the menu " Races " of the championship (under 24 hours). Each complaint will have to be accompanied by a video proof from the "record replay" mode of the ACC game.

Each reported incident will be analyzed by a member of the BSR staff (race director) who will judge the necessity of a penalty. Penalties may range from a demotion in the race standings to disqualification from the championship (at the discretion of the race director).

RESULTS :

The results of each round will be recorded by an administrator at the latest D+3 after the last race.

Dans le cadre de ses « Vendredi Endurance », la BroSport Racing vous propose un mini-championnat 100% Italien GT3 dans lequel s’affronteront deux marques mythiques : Ferrari et Lamborghini !

Ce championnat en individuel se déroulera en 3 manches sur les circuits de Monza, Misano et Imola. Chaque manche comportera des essais libres de 15 minutes, des essais qualificatifs de 15 minutes, et une course de 1h30 avec tour de formation complet.

ORGANISATION GÉNÉRALE SUR XBOX (CHAMPIONNAT)

INSCRIPTIONS & ENGAGEMENT :

Les pilotes qui souhaitent participer doivent s’inscrire via le site SimGrid. Afin de faciliter les communications entre le staff et les pilotes, il est demandé à tous les inscrits de rejoindre notre Discord a l’aide de ce lien : https://discord.gg/c4rT5NFq2W .

Chaque pilote qui s’inscrit au championnat s’engage à participer à toutes les courses prévues au calendrier. Cependant, en cas d’indisponibilité ou de cas de force majeur, il sera possible de manquer 1 seule course sans être pénalisé en utilisant le module « Withdraw » de la manche concernée (une absence non déclarée sera pénalisée de 5 points au championnat).

VOITURES & LIVREES :

La classe, le modèle et le numéro de voiture doivent être choisis lors de l’inscription au championnat. Il ne sera pas possible de changer pendant toute la durée du championnat. Disqualification possible en cas de non respect.

Les livrées des voitures sont totalement libres et peuvent être modifiées entre chaque manche, MAIS, il faudra impérativement respecter le numéro choisi lors de l’inscription.

CALENDRIER ET HORAIRES :

L’intégralité du calendrier, les horaires ainsi que la durée des sessions sont disponibles dans l’onglet « Races » du championnat. En cas de modification, les pilotes en seront informés sur le Discord de la BSR et fera l’objet d’une mise à jour sur le site SimGrid.

REGLES & RECLAMATIONS :

Chaque pilote inscrit s’engage à respecter les règles de courses disponibles sur le Discord de la BSR ainsi que dans l’onglet « Rules » du championnat.

En cas d’incident sur la piste, il est possible de faire une réclamation via le module « Report Incident » dans le menu « Courses » du championnat (sous 24 heures). Chaque réclamation devra être assortie d’une preuve vidéo issue du mode « enregistrer le ralenti » du jeu ACC.

Chaque incident reporté sera analysé par un membre du staff BSR (directeur de course) qui jugera de la nécessité d’une pénalité. Les éventuelles pénalités infligées pourront aller de la simple rétrogradation dans le classement de la course, jusqu’à la disqualification du championnat (à la discrétion du directeur de course).

RESULTATS :

Les résultats de chaque manche seront enregistrés par un administrateur au maximum à J+3 après la dernière course.
