British GT Revival – League Rules & Info

1. Prize Allocation

Entry Fee: £5* ($7 USD) per driver *Rough USD conversion as of 13/04/2025

Prizes awarded to Top 3 in each class (GT3 & GT4):

• 1st: £30

• 2nd: £15

• 3rd: £5

Bonus Awards:

• Driver’s Choice Award: £10

  • Voted by all drivers at the end of the season for the most respected, clean, or helpful driver

Prizes will be paid out via PayPal or bank transfer within 7 days of the season ending.

2. General Conduct & Rules

• All drivers are expected to adhere to the iRacing Sporting Code at all times.

• Clean, respectful driving is mandatory—this is a community-focused series.

• Dangerous, reckless, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will be penalised and may result in removal from the league.

3. Race Format

• 1-Hour Practice

• 15-Minute Solo Qualifying

• Race Duration: 1 to 2 hours depending on track

• Start Type: Rolling Start

4. Penalties & Stewarding

Post-Race Stewarding will be handled manually and penalties issued where necessary. Drivers can submit incident reports via a form (link to be provided in Discord).

Penalties may include:

• Time penalties

• Grid penalties for future rounds

• Drive-through or stop-go 

• Points deductions

• Disqualification for repeat offences

Examples of penalised behaviour:

• careless overtakes

• Unsafe re-joins

• Excessive blocking or weaving

• Intentional contact or retaliation

All decisions will be made in alignment with the iRacing Sporting Code and our internal consistency standards.

5. Points System

Points will be awarded based on finishing position in each class. We use the FIA Standard for sprint points. Points are doubled for 2 Hour races.

6. Communication & Admin Support

• All drivers must be in the league Discord server

• Important announcements, driver briefings, and result reviews will be posted there

• Respect staff decisions and raise disputes calmly via the proper channels
