EMEA ACC Hotlap Qualifier

WELCOME TO THE FERRARI HP ESPORTS SERIES 2025!

This year’s competition promises to be an electrifying journey for both seasoned sim racers and passionate newcomers. In this prestigious event, drivers will battle for glory in their chosen sim racing discipline, all for a chance to earn a coveted place on the official Ferrari Esports Team. With Ferrari’s unwavering support, participants from all backgrounds will have the opportunity to showcase their talent on their preferred sim racing platform across three regions.

The excitement reaches its peak in the Grand Final, where the top competitors will go head-to-head across three premier sim racing titles: Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa, and iRacing. This ultimate showdown will determine the series champion and culminate in a thrilling on-site event later this year. With high stakes and an electrifying real-world setting, the Grand Final adds an extra layer of prestige, making this competition an unmissable spectacle in the world of sim racing.

HOW TO REGISTER:

SIGN IN/REGISTER ON THE FERRARI HP ESPORTS WEBSITE:

• Click on the "Sign In/Register" button located in the top right corner of the website.

• If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to authorize Discord. Follow the prompts to complete this step.

• Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to the Ferrari HP Esports website to read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

SYNC OR CREATE SIMGRID ACCOUNT:

• If you have an existing SimGrid account, it will be automatically synced. Review the information and confirm.

• If you don't have a SimGrid account, you'll be prompted to provide details such as first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, and your Steam ID and/or iRacing ID (as applicable).

• Accept the SimGrid Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as part of the account creation process.

REGISTER FOR THE HOTLAP QUALIFIER:

• On the hotlap qualifier event page, locate the "Register" button and click on it.

• Fill in the required fields on the registration form.

• After completing the form, submit your registration.

Upon successful registration, you'll receive a confirmation message on the website.

COMPETITION FORMAT:

HOTLAP PHASE (1ST STAGE):

• Duration: Two standalone weeks of hotlap qualifying, each taking place at a different track

• Sign ups are open till 2 Hours before the Event finishes each week

• Participants compete individually to set the fastest lap times.

• Top 10 fastest drivers (each week) progress directly to the Regional Finals (3rd Stage).

• Securing a top 30 spot in any of the two Hotlap weeks locks you into the ACC Tournament Tree side for the entirety of the event

• If you land between position 11th and 30th in the first week of ACC, you get another shot in the second week of the same simulation. But if you can't beat the top 10, your week 1 result stands.

REGIONAL QUALIFIERS (2ND STAGE):

• Drivers are devided into two splits of 20

• P11-20 from week 1 vs P21-30 from week 2

• P11-20 from week 2 vs P21-30 from week 1

• Top 5 drivers from each split advance to the Regional Finals (3rd Stage).

REGIONAL FINALS (3RD STAGE):

• Top qualifiers from both Hotlap Phase and Regional Qualifiers.

• The top 2 drivers from the EMEA region progress into the Grand Final.

GRAND FINAL:

• Ultimate showdown to determine the overall champion across all 3 Games

• On-site event at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi

HOW TO JOIN THE SERVER:

• Server Name and Password can be found here

• Once you have the server name and password, you can join the server directly through the normal game browser.

• The hotlap server will be available throughout the entire competition week. Feel free to jump on whenever it suits you and set your fastest lap times!
