We will be using RealPenalty, ( available Here ) this must be installed to join the races.
There will be a rolling start
Realpenalty will also handle penalties from cutting and other violations
General Rules:
Always prioritize safety over racing.
Act with integrity and honesty both on and off the track.
Respect all members of the community, including new beginners.
Do not intentionally cause accidents or hinder other racers.
Any members facing penalties, or punishment will be given a chance to explain themselves ONCE in a staff hearing.
Use clear and respectful communication during races and interactions with RRR staff and other members.
When using voice chat, keep background noise to a minimum and avoid talking over others.
Refrain from making inappropriate comments, or using derogatory terminology.
No harassment or bullying will be tolerated.
Be helpful and supportive of those who are new to the game.
During the race, all drivers are expected to have ways to see EVERYONE around them. We strongly suggest having radar, a rear view mirror, and a spotter (or crew chief) running during all season events. This will help you figure out how much space and time you actually have.
When you're battling with someone else, it is important to leave each other space on the track. You don't have to leave the door wide open, but you DO have to acknowledge when your opponent gets his foot in it.
Consider the amount of time left in the race, and the overall position on the grid when you choose who and where to defend.
If you spin out, be EXTREMELY careful rejoining.
When collisions happen, don't sweat it in the moment. We know it is frustrating, but we all need to keep the anger channeled into racing, and not lashing out at each other in chat. If something happens that you feel should be addressed, PLEASE report it in the request-staff channel on the Discord so it can be addressed for future races.
