1️⃣ General Rules
1.1 Clean Racing – All drivers must race fairly and respectfully at all times. 1.2 No Intentional Contact – Bumping, dive-bombing, or forcing another driver off track is prohibited. 1.3 Track Limits – At least two wheels must remain on the racing surface at all times. 1.4 Respect Blue Flags – Lapped cars must yield to faster cars safely. 1.5 Respect Yellow Flags – Slow down and be cautious when a yellow flag is shown. 1.6 Race Start Etiquette – No weaving excessively or brake-checking during the formation lap.
2️⃣ Race Format & Procedures
2.1 Session Structure
- Practice: 5 minutes (optional)
- Qualifying: 10 minutes
- Race: 60 minutes
2.2 Race Starts
- Rolling Starts (GT3 & GT4) – Maintain formation until the green flag.
- Standing Starts – Follow grid positions and avoid false starts.
2.3 Pit Stops
- Mandatory pit stops may be required depending on the race format.
- No unsafe pit exits – always re-join safely.
2.4 Incidents on Track
- If you cause an accident, you are expected to redress (give the position back) unless stewards rule otherwise.
- If your car is damaged beyond safe driving, return to the pits.
3️⃣ Overtaking & Defending
3.1 Overtaking Rules
- Overtakes must be done cleanly and fairly—no reckless lunges.
- A driver must have at least overlap (front wheels alongside) before the braking zone to have a right to the corner.
3.2 Defending Rules
- One Move Rule – A driver can make one defensive move per straight.
- No Blocking – If the attacking car is alongside, leave racing room.
- No Brake-Checking – Intentionally slowing to disrupt another driver is illegal.
4️⃣ Track Limits & Penalties
4.1 Track Limits Enforcement
- The game’s built-in system applies penalties for exceeding track limits repeatedly.
- Three warnings = automatic time penalty.
4.2 Cutting the Track
- If you gain an advantage by cutting the track, you must give back the position.
4.3 Contact & Collision Penalties
- Minor Contact (no advantage) = Warning
- Avoidable Collision = Time Penalty (5-10 sec)
- Severe Collision (causing a crash) = Drive-Through Penalty or DQ
5️⃣ Blue Flags & Lapped Cars
5.1 Lapped Cars Must Yield
- If shown a blue flag, you must let the faster car pass at the next safe opportunity.
- No erratic moves when being lapped.
6️⃣ Red Flags & Disconnections
6.1 Race Restarts (Red Flag Rules)
- If multiple drivers disconnect or crash within the first lap, the race may be restarted.
6.2 If You Disconnect
- Try to re-join as quickly as possible.
- If disconnections are widespread, the race may be rescheduled.
7️⃣ Stewarding & Penalty System
7.1 Post-Race Incident Reports
- Drivers can submit an incident report in #incident-reports with a video clip & timestamp.
- Stewards will review incidents and apply penalties if needed.
7.2 Penalty Examples
- Ignoring Blue Flags → 5-sec penalty
- Dangerous Driving → Drive-through penalty
- Severe Collision / Intentional Wrecking → Race ban
8️⃣ Code of Conduct
- Respect all drivers and officials.
- No rage-quitting—finish the race if possible.
