SLIPSTREAM INTERNATIONAL - AUSTRALASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP season 4

๐Championship structure:
The
championship runs for 8 rounds with a mix of
normal races (60 minutes), sprint races (2x30 minutes) and super sprint races (3x20 minutes).
Because
of the length of the championship and our approach to it, we allow 2
dropout rounds. That means that if you run all races, your 2 worst ones
won't be counted.
๐Race format:
Each race event features:
- 15-minute official practice
- 5-minute Drivers Briefing in Discord
- 15-minute open qualifying
- Followed by the race
The race will consist of one of three formats:
- Normal Race: One 60 minute race (normal points system)
- In normal races, there will be no mandatory pit stop, however tyre changes and refueling are allowed.
- Sprint Races: Two 30 minute races (half points for each race)
- In sprint races, there will be no mandatory pit stop, however tyre changes and refueling are allowed.
- Super Sprint Races: Three 20 minute races (half points for each race)
- In super sprint races, there will be no mandatory pit stop, however tyre changes and refueling are allowed.
โ๏ธCompetitiveness:
- Extended LFM BOP will be used in this series. This extended BOP will include all previous generation cars (e.g. Lexus, AMR V12, etc) based on LFM's Hotlap BOP Prediction.
๐ง๏ธWeather conditions:
- We will use real life weather as a reference to set the conditions. This
means it may not be the same as real life conditions, but it will be
accurate to possible real conditions.

- Practice server will be always set up one week in advance, after the completion of each week's race.
- The
communication to the drivers will contain the server setup details
like: - Cloud coverage โ
- Rain probability ๐ง๏ธ - Weather randomness ๐ -
Time multiplier โฑ๏ธ - Temperature ๐ก๏ธ
๐โ๐ฆบAssists:
- All
tiers will have the maximum stability control setting to zero and
auto-steer disabled. Other than the ones mentioned here, all assists are
allowed to be used.
๐ฎStewarding and live streaming:
- All drivers will be required to join the driver's briefing stage in our discord server after the conclusion of FP1.
- While we won't be broadcasting, we encourage all drivers who are capable to stream their POV of the race.
- The stewards will use contact logs to hand out penalties, but if you have an incident that you believe needs to be looked at, please contact the stewards.
- The stewards can and will hand out penalties without reports if they deem it appropriate and necessary.
DLC WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPETE IN THIS ENTIRE SERIES Participation in this championship is free of charge. To participate, you must join the Slipstream International Discord Server. All events are run through this server.
