HSR Motorsport’s SilverStone Challenge - SimGrid Event

Join us for the HSR Motorsport SilverStone Challenge, a thrilling 2.4-hour endurance race on one of the most iconic circuits in the world, Silverstone! This event will take place on Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC) and is exclusively for GT3 cars. Whether you prefer to race solo or team up with up to two teammates, this event promises intense racing, strategy, and competition.
Event Schedule:
- 11:00 AM (UK) – Practice (1 Hour): Get familiar with the circuit and fine-tune your setup before the race.
- 12:00 PM (UK) – Qualifying (30 Minutes): Put your fastest lap on the board to secure the best starting position for the race.
- 12:30 PM (UK) – Race Start (2.4 Hours): A true test of endurance, skill, and teamwork as you battle for the win across a full 2.4-hour race.
Key Details:
- Race Length: 2.4 hours of intense GT3 racing.
- Max Teams: 50 teams maximum, so spots are limited—register early!
- Driver Stints: Each driver can race for a maximum of 60 minutes per stint. Swap drivers, strategise, and manage your team's endurance to avoid fatigue and keep your car in the race.
- Time Advancement: The race will feature a 6x time acceleration, making the day turn to night as you race toward the checkered flag.
- Teams: Solo entries are welcome, or you can team up with up to two other drivers (max 3 per team).
- Live Broadcast: There will be a live broadcast and commentary on HSR Motorsport's Twitch & Youtube info in Discord
- Discord: All driver's participating in the event MUST join our discord for communication and update's!
- Livery Submission: Should you wish to use your own livery designs please submit in HSR SSC Livery Collection
