This is an Assetto Corsa league using the well known VRC Formula Alpha 2024 mod (CSP version) for Assetto Corsa. All cars have the same physics as each other. Drivers can enter their own custom teams with original liveries or enter as real F1 teams with existing liveries. Teams can have 1 or 2 drivers.
This is an international league accepting drivers around the world. Drivers from around the world are welcome as long as they speak English, our main language of communication. We welcome wheel and gamepad users (keyboard not recommended). Some assists are allowed, like traction control, ABS and stability. Each race is 35% of the real F1-race distance and requires a minimum of one pitstop during the race, where the driver can change tyres (using the same tyre compound the whole race is permitted) but cannot refuel at all, including during qualifying sessions. Hybrid management and DRS are part of driving this car, as well as keybinds/buttons for the ignition and starter set in the Extended Controls app for the VRC mod. Setups are completely open meaning anything can be changed on the car.
Races are held weekly on Saturdays at 11 AM EST (4 PM GMT, 5 PM CET, 8 AM PST). This is the time that the 15-minute qualifying session starts. After qualifying, there is a 8-minute warmup and the race follows immediately after the warmup when all drivers are ready. Races take around 30 minutes to complete. The server is up 24/7 for practice during the race week.
There are 10 tracks that are being used for the season, in order: Bahrain International Circuit, Istanbul Park, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Circuit de Monaco, Silverstone, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, Monza, Korea International Circuit, Suzuka Circuit, and the Las Vegas Strip Circuit.
