FRL 🎮 • LATE NIGHT THURSDAY • SEASON X • GT4 & BMW M2 MULTI-CLASS

Formula Racing League presents the TENTH season of LATE NIGHT THURSDAY.

Get ready for the compact, close, exciting, energising racing that the BMW M2 and GT4 cars produce as you take on the FRL Winter Calendar around some of the finest circuits in the world. The only question is, which car will you prove your driving technique in!

Format

Races will take place over 45 minutes. During each race there will be one mandatory stop for fuel where you must take on at least 1 litre. Refilling time will be fixed at 25 seconds. Taking tyres is optional but will cost you an extra 5 seconds in the pits. There will also be a pit window of 35 minutes meaning all mandatory stops must be done outwith the first and last 5 minutes of the race to try to encourage clean driving at the beginning of each race. FRL prides itself on and loves its clean drivers!

Schedule:

(All times in U.K. time)

• Practice - 21:30 ( 60’ )
• Qualifying - 22:30 ( 10’ )
• Race - 22:40 ( 45’ )

Qualifying

The 10 minute qualifying sessions will be split into two 5 minute sessions.

• BMW M2 - First 5 Minutes
• GT4 - Final 5 Minutes

Cars starting a lap within their allotted time slot will be permitted to complete their lap.

Stewarding

All stewarding will be done post race in discord using the ticket function. Stewards will provide an outcome on the ticket asap. Appeals are available. Full rules available on FRL Discord.

Liveries

Custom liveries aren’t discouraged but official liveries look lovely and will be focused on for any social media shots! Drivers who are new to sim racing or don’t feel confident are encouraged to don an all white livery to help other drivers notice this. It is not mandatory.
