Description and Instructions
OVERVIEW
Welcome to VGTR Challenge This season we will be doing a 10 round champioiship with the GT3 cars. Be sure to check the "Races" tab for more info about what circuits we will be running this season! In order to work out which split is suited for you, we will be hosting a Pre-Season Qualification in which the top 25 will go into the Pro split, and 30 will go into the AM split. Everyone who does the Pre-Season Qualification will be guaranteed a spot in the championship, in the correct split.
We will be running two splits this season: Pro Split - 25 drivers AM Split - 30 drivers If we get a high demand for drivers, we will consider upping the total drivers in each split.
REGISTRATION
Registration for this season will be open until the first race of the championship!
Be assured when registering for this league, we will guarantee you a spot in the championship (unless signed up as a reserve driver). If by any chance a driver retires from the championship, a reserve driver will take their place, in the appropriate split.

QUALIFICATION PROCESS
The pre-season qualifying will take place one week before the first race of the season. From 07/02/2022 - 14/02/2022. We are working on making the pre-season qualifying based of AVERAGE CONSECUTIVE lap times. The pre-season qualifying will be on Circuit de Catalunya. In order to qualify you will need to join the hotstint server between 07/02/2022 - 14/02/2022
The final day for car changes will be on 06/02/2022. Make sure to choose the car that suits you best, since we will only allow one car change in the middle of the season! Everyone who signs up to the championship MUST participate in the pre-season qualifying.
DIFFERENT SPLITS
PRO SPLIT:
The times that can qualify for the PRO split:
- Barcelona: 1:46.8
- Nürburgring: 1:57.2
- Misano: 1:36.1
- Zandvoort: 1:37.2
- Spa: 2:21
- Only for the 25 fastest drivers
- Realistic weather based on the real track conditions
- Real world time translates to track time
- 20 minute practice session
- 15 minute qualifying session
- 60 minute race
AM SPLIT:
- 30 Available slots
- Saturday 4 PM GMT
- At least 2 light rain races in the season
- Night races where appropriate
- 20 minute practice session
- 15 minute qualifying session
- 45 minute race
The two splits will be running on two different servers at the SAME time. Entrylist will be forced on both servers, so no shenanigans will happen.

AM SPLIT (SATURDAY)
- Practice - 16:00 UTC
- Qualifying - 16:20 UTC
- Race Start - 16:35 UTC (45 minutes long)
PRO SPLIT (SATURDAY)
- Practice - 16:00 UTC
- Qualifying - 16:20 UTC
- Race Start - 16:35 UTC (60 minutes long)
PIT STOPS
1 mandatory pitstop will be in place, in which you will have to refuel (1L Minimum). Tire changes are not mandatory.
STEWARDING
Stewarding will happen after the race via a reporting system.
CUSTOM LIVERIES
Custom liveries are allowed during the race. You can upload them on the discord so everyone can see and use them. The livery cannot have any derogatory or discriminatory stickers otherwise you will be banned.
