JL Motorsports Presents:
Season 1: The Inception
We're delighted to unveil the start of a championship with a new-look and a reinvigorated calendar of tracks spanning four continents. If you're looking for races that are not too long and not too short, our 45 minute races ensures the best of both worlds, giving you intense but short racing. This championship is an individual championship, putting you very much in the hotseat for some gruelling and rewarding racing.
Season overview
We will be racing in Imola, Kyalami, Silverstone, Suzuka, and Watkins Glen for this season in a calendar that gives us the best of what Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa have to offer. Each race will be 45 minutes long with a 15-minute Qualifying session. Each race will have different weather conditions so be sure to prepare for any weather outcomes! They'll be sure to spice up the racing and provide a suitable challenge for everyone.
Classes
Regarding the class sign-up, a general rule regarding sign-up is if you're faster than a 1:41.5 at Imola, please sign up as a Pro driver. If you're doing laps slower than 1:41.5, please sign up as a Silver driver.
Schedule
All of the races will start at 20:00 CEST, which will remain the same time following the end of daylight savings time on October 29th. The dates for each respective race are the following:
- Imola - 22nd October
- Kyalami - 29th October
- Silverstone - 5th November
- Suzuka - 12th November
- Watkins Glen - 19th November
WEEKEND OVERVIEW
The weekend will run as follows:
- Drivers Briefing: 19:45 CEST (15 minutes)
- Free Practice: 20:00 CEST (10 minutes)
- Qualifying: 20:10 CEST (15 minutes)
- Race: 20:25 CEST (45 minutes)

stewarding
This series will not have live stewarding however, we will do post-race stewarding via a Google Form in which you can report any incidents. The form is linked below:
Server details
All the server details are displayed on the "Races" tab on SimGrid, these details will also be shared in our Discord.
We will launch the practice servers 2 weeks prior to the season
starting and after that, we will launch a practice session after each
race has finished, so you will have plenty of time to practice.
liveries
Custom liveries are encouraged, keep in mind that these liveries could
impact the game's performance depending on the driver's pc
hardware. You can upload the livery to the Awesome Sim Racing Collection. To download other people's liveries, sync "The Inception" collection onto your PC and you will get updated liveries each race.
