TSRC on Playstation - ACC Season 5 - GT3

• Races at 8pm UK time on Thursdays, starting March 23, 2023.

Format

• On Thursdays the server will be restarted at 7pm UK time for a one hour practice session. (In-game time: 1 hour before Q1)
• Qualifying will start just after 8pm, immediately following the practice session and with no further restart (unless required).
• There will be a 3 minute break after R1 in the double rounds.

Start times, race lengths, and weather conditions will vary for each round, as listed below.  There are alternate double 'sprint' rounds and single rounds with longer races.

• Pre-race time 3 minutes
• Short formation lap
• No mandatory pit stop in short races, one in long races
• 1x time progression
• Double rounds - race 1 Saturday, race 2 Sunday. Qualifying 15 minutes, race 30 minutes.
• Single rounds - Sunday. Quali 15 minutes.  Race 60 or 90 minutes. Double points.  One mandatory pitstop for tyre change.  Pit window 20 minutes in 60 minute races; 30 minutes in 90 minute race.

• Details subject to change, but will be confirmed at least 1 week ahead of time.

Practise server open 24/7, set to the times and conditions for the upcoming race. Join TSRC discord to gain access to our practise server and for updates to the league. The password for the league session will be different to the rest of the week, and only applies to the league session. This can be found on the Races page for each track once you are signed up.

Calendar

Weather information shows a general forecast along with the exact server settings, in this format: (cloud%.rain%.randomness - average temp).  For example "30.10.4 - 25C" would be 30% cloud, 10% rain, 4 randomness, with an average ambient temperature of 25 Celsius.

Note: For all "dry" rounds except for the evaluation at Paul Ricard and round 1 at Brands Hatch there is a very small chance of a rain shower.

Evaluation Round - Paul Ricard (Mar 23) - Race at 8pm GMT

• 2 x 20 minute races - Q 13:00 / R 15:00
• Qualifying 15 minutes
• Light cloud, no rain (30.0.1 - 21C)
• New members must attend the evaluation round, and all registered drivers are encouraged to take part.

Round 1 - Brands Hatch (Mar 30) - Note: Remaining races now at 8pm BST

• 2 x 30 - Q 13:00 / R 15:00
• Variable cloud, no rain  (40.0.3 - 23C)

Round 2 - Misano (Apr 6)

• 1 x 60 - Q 13:00 / R 15:00
• Wet (55.15.3 - 25C)

Round 3 - Watkins Glen (Apr 13)

• 2 x 30 - Q1 17:00 / R1 18:00 / Q2 06:00 / R2 07:00
• Dry (20.0.4 - 27C)

Round 4 - Oulton Park (Apr 20)

• 1 x 60 - Q 13:00 / R 15:00
• Mixed conditions (42.20.4 - 26C)

Round 5 - Suzuka (Apr 27)

• 2 x 30 - Q 13:00 / R 15:00
• Dry (15.0.3 - 23C)

Round 6 - Zandvoort (May 4)

• 1 x 60 - P 21:00 75 mins / Q 22:00 / R 22:00 (*)
• Showers likely (35.0.4 - 21C)
• (*) Server restart at 18:45 BST, quali at 20:00 as usual.  In-game quali time about 22:15 and race start about 22:40.

Round 7 - COTA (May 11)

• 2 x 30 - Q 13:00 / R 15:00

Round 8 - Silverstone (May 18)

• 1 x 90 (reverse championship grid) - R 15:00
• Damp (60.05.2 18C)

SIGNUP

All drivers must read and accept the TSRC Racing Rules.

To take part you must join TSRC discord so that you can see any league updates, and anyone who has not raced with us before must take part in the evaluation round.  Anyone not following these directions will be removed from the league.

30 full places are available but if these are full please register as a reserve - there are usually a few reserve places available each week so you will probably get to race most weeks.

If you are not able to register please check that you have added your PSN name in your SimGrid Profile, and that you are following 'The Sim Racing Collective'.

INCIDENT REPORTING

Because full race replays are not available to the host you are responsible for providing video evidence of any incidents that you are involved in. All drivers are asked to save the video of their race using the Share Button at the end of the race.  Other drivers' videos may be used to see different angles of incidents, so please try to save if anything happened in front of you, even if you weren't involved.

(To increase video clip size, go to System Settings on PS Homepage > Sharing and Broadcasts > Video Clip Settings > Length of Video Clip > Select 60 Mins.)

Ideally you should also map a button to save a replay in game, and use this after any incidents.  This will save the last few minutes of action and allow you to provide a video of different camera angles if required.

To report an incident send a private message to the league admin on discord within 24 hours, and share your video clip (e.g. on youtube) with a note of the timestamp of the incident.  If sharing a short clip please include at least 10 seconds before and after the incident.

WITHDRAWING FROM A ROUND

It is important to notify us if you cannot attend a race so that a reserve can take your place. If you cannot attend a race you can simply click the "WITHDRAW" button in the Races page of the championship on The Sim Grid website under the admin tab of the specific round. If you fail to attend a race without withdrawing you will receive penalty points that carry over into other championships, and can potentially get you disqualified from the championship.
