OVERVIEW
2023 has just started. We promised for the new year to step up our game... Well... here you go!
DC-SimRacing welcomes you to the European Sprint Series! Get ready for some exciting battles, broadcasts and have a chance at winning prizes!
The European Sprint Series is a 5 round series running from Januari to March. Featuring 5x races every other Thursday. The maximum grid size is 50 cars. This series is for GT3 cars only. This series will contain 3x races of 60 minutes and 2x races of 90 minutes.

- Januari 26 - Silverstone 60'
- Februari 9 - Nürburgring 90'
- Februari 23 - Imola 60'
- March 9 - Zandvoort 90'
- March 23 - Barcelona 60'
ENTRY FEE
Drivers that enter the series are required to pay the relevant entry fee. This entry fee is €5,- per driver. Only with a Paddock Pass or Gold members are able to enter this series for free (Check the Donations channel in Discord for more info).
Once you have registered, you will be taken back to registration page and an orange textbox containing the payment link will be shown.
The registration will become final once you have completed payment through the PayPal payment link, stating your name and starting number. When paying it is important to choose 'friends and family' as the payment type.
SIGN UP PROCESS
First-come-first-serve event. Register quickly to secure your space on the grid. Once the grid is full, you can register as a reserve driver and then take any available grid slots should a driver drop out.
The car change deadline is 24-01-2023 23:59 CET
PRE-SEASON QUALIFYING
All drivers have to complete the pre-season qualifying in order to split the grid into three classes. Check our Discord for more info.
RACE DAY - EVENT TIMETABLE
- Practice - 19:30 CET (30min)
- Drivers Briefing - 19:55 CET
- Qualifying - 20:00 CET (30min)
- Race - 20:30 CET (60/90 min)
STEWARDING
This series will have live race stewarding and post race stewarding.
RULES
PIT STOPS
- The races with a duration of 60 minutes will have one mandatory pit stop where refueling is required. The pit window is 40 minutes.
- The races with a duration of 90 minutes don't have mandatory pit stops.
FASTEST LAP
The fastest lap of the race is worth an additional two points.
DROP ROUND
This series features one drop round. This means your worst point score is not counting towards the championship.
CUSTOM LIVERIES
Custom liveries made outside of the game are permitted in this series but please bear in mind that they are not officially supported by the game's developers. Custom liveries can be supplied in Discord. Any politically charged or potentially offensive material on a custom livery will see the driver banned from the series.
The qualifying and the race will be streamed live on Youtube.
It is required to join our Discord for communication and drivers briefing.
WITHDRAW
If a driver is unavailable to attend a round in the championship, then use the withdraw function. This is found by clicking on the "Races" tab, and then "Admin" on the round you need to withdraw from. There you will find the withdraw button. Drivers are permitted two withdrawals in this series. Missing multiple races without withdrawal will result in disqualification.
