Description and Instructions

OVERVIEW

FRL • 6H MONZA • ENDURANCE GT 2023

This endurance race is part of the FRL Endurance GT 2023 Championship. Its held as a one-off events, but the results will be added together for final standings on FRL Website

LICENSE

  • Mandatory FRL ACC PC LICENSE for all participating team members. Do it here.
  • Deadline 1 ( 7 days before event ): teams with 0 licenses removed.
  • Deadline 2 ( 3 days before event ): teams without full licenses removed.
  • Reserves: reserve teams will know if a spot opens up either after the 7 or 3 days deadline.

SCHEDULE

  • Practice servers open in the preceding days
  • Briefing: 12:30 UK (5min)
  • Race Server opens + Practice: 12:35 UK (55min)
  • Qualifying: 13:30 UK (30min: 10’ GT4, 20’ GT3)
  • Race Start: 14:00 UK (6h)

PIT STOPS

  • Mandatory Pitstops: No
  • Refuelling Allowed: Yes
  • Max Driver Stint: 65min
  • Max Driving Time: Irrelevant, max ACC setting set.

WEATHER

  • Real weather settings based on accuweather.com.
  • Settings confirmed 1 day before on discord.
  • Time multiplier: 1x

COMMS & STEWARDING

  • Live comms are planned on FRL TV.
  • Live data & timings on FRL Pitwall.Live.
  • Live stewarding is planned: either full Live Race Control, Live Discord Tickets or a mix. To be confirmed on race day written briefing.

CUSTOM LIVERIES

  • Custom liveries made outside of the game are permitted using AwesomeSimracing platform.
  • Dedicated collection for this event here.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Car type and Drivers can change from race to race, but Team Name must be the same!
  • Attendance of the driver briefing is mandatory for team leaders ( 12:30UK ).
  • Qualy split times to be adjusted depending on how many GT4 signup.
  • Server requirements 75 SA + 3 Track Medals + License
  • Mandatory attendance check-in in our discord server.
  • Should there be less then 10 GT4 signups by 3 days before the event the remaining slots will be opened to GT3.
