Flag Rules: 
Green Flag: Clear track 
Blue Flag: Faster coming to lap you
Yellow Flag: Danger ahead 
Red Flag: All cars will return to the pit lane and wait for the server to be restarted (will only happen if there is an issue with the server or there is a big crash)  
FCY: Slow to 50km 
Meatball Flag: Car is severely damaged

Penalties: 
3 track limits: 30-second stop-go or a DT
Speeding in pits: 30-second stop-go 
Stopping in pits (in the fast lane): DSQ
Speeding during an FCY: 5-second time penalty 
Hitting another car: 10-second time penalty 
Blocking other vehicles under blue flags: 10-second time penalty 
Blocking cars during the qualifying: start from the back of the grid or starting in the pits 

Stewards will review everything during the race and post-race.
