PART 1 – SPORTING REGULATIONS

1. General

1.1 Simulation and Software Used

  • The PXN Legends Season 1 Tournament uses Le Mans Ultimate (LMU) for its races.
  • The SimGrid is used for the tournament hosting. 
  • Race Control is used in order to host servers on LMU.
  • Competitors must ensure complete access to LMU, The SimGrid and Race Control in order to compete in the PXN Legends Season 1 tournament.
  • YouTube and OBS are used for Streaming the tournament live

    1.2 Official Language

The official language is English. Participants must be able to understand English enough to follow rules and engage in Discord communication.

1.3 Responsibilities, Regulation Amendments, Event Cancellation
  • Participation is at each driver’s own risk. Drivers bear full civil and criminal liability for their actions on stream and throughout the competition.
  • Regulations may be amended only by the Organizer or at request of the Sponsor. After the start of the event, amendments may be issued as bulletins. Third-party software (SimGrid, RaceControl, Steam, LMU) may change their own policies; Organizer and Sponsor are not liable for such changes.
  • The Organizer (or the Sponsor upon request) may cancel or postpone the event or individual races at any time for any reason.

    1.4 Vehicles, Liveries and Set Ups


  • All LMGT3 Cars in LMU are available for selection and use during the tournament
  • Liveries are to be created by the racers. You can find PXN logos here to add to your livery. Race cars with PXN liveries may receive extra rewards (i.e. merchandise or hardware) upon The Sponsor’s discretion. 

2. Participation

2.1 Entries & Participation Obligations
  • Drivers who qualify for the final tournament must participate in at least 3 of the 4 main tournament races.

    2.1.1 Entry to Series 1 Tournament Qualifying


  • Registration deadline: December 13th, 2025
  • Covers Qualifiers on Dec 6, Dec 13, and Dec 20, 2025
  • No entry fee
  • Registration is confirmed via SimGrid (Discord entry is automatic)
  • The Organizer may cancel the tournament if fewer than 15 participants register
2.3 Starting Numbers

Drivers may select a permanent number during the SimGrid registration.

3. Championship Format

The PXN Legends Season 1 features 7 total events: 3 Qualifiers and 4 Main Tournament Races.

3.2 Qualifying for the Tournament

Total drivers qualified: 24, 10 from Q1, 10 from Q2 (open qualifying sessions, best laps recorded on the day are invited to the tournament. Q3 is a closed qualifier 45 minute race. Top 4 positions advance to the tournament.

3.4 Maximum Starters

  • All qualifier sessions: open capacity.
  • Final Tournament: 24 drivers.
3.5 Competition Procedures



  • Qualifying Proper
    Three Qualifiers (two open, one closed race).
  • Qualifiers During Main Tournament
    Two qualifying sessions per round, one for each race.
  • Races
    Each round has two races; grid is set by each preceding qualifying.
  • Driving Aids & Damage Model
    Automatic clutch and shifting: disabled, Damage: 100%, Tire wear: active, Fuel consumption: will be modified depending on the track, to ensure at least one pit stop per race
  • Safety Car
    LMU does not support the Safety Car; therefore no Safety Car is used
  • Track Limits
    The tournament uses LMU’s current track limits
  • Tire Wear
    In qualifying mode - no tirewear, warm tires
3.6 Classification

All registered full-season participants are included in the overall championship classification.

3.7 Points System

The PXN Legends Season 1 Tournament proper uses the FIA point system. 1st: 25 points 2nd: 18 points 3rd: 15 points 4th: 12 points 5th: 10 points 6th: 8 points 7th: 6 points 8th: 4 points 9th: 2 points 10th: 1 point



Ties are broken by:



  1. Most wins
  2. Most 2nd places
  3. Most 3rd places
     â€¦and so forth.
4. Communication

4.1 General Communication

Official communication is through the PXN Discord Server.
Messages via private DM (SimGrid/Discord) are not considered official.



4.2 In-Race Communication
  • LMU’s in game chat is used EXCLUSIVELY for important announcements
  • All drivers must refrain from commenting in the game chat
  • All essential instructions may also be sent via PXN Discord.
5. Track Conduct

5.1 Collision Detection

LMU’s collision detection, including ghost contacts and pit-lane contacts, is the basis for stewarding decisions. 

Replays will be assessed and reviewed before a refereeing decision is made. Refereeing decisions are final. 

5.2 ESC / Reset

Drivers may ESC back to pits but must serve a mandatory towing time, based on track location.



5.3 Serving Penalties

All penalties must be served as dictated by LMU or by the referring team.



5.4 Fast Repair

Each driver receives 1 fast repair per scoring race.

6. Race Control

6.1 Stewards

Up to two live stewards will monitor each event. LMU track limits apply.
6.2 Driver Briefing

Held in the “Briefing” voice channel on Discord. Drivers must join at the specified time.



6.3 Deployment Confirmation

All registered participants are automatically entered for all events.



7. Penalties

Possible penalties include:
  • Time Penalties
  • Drive-Through
  • Stop & Go (with optional extra time)
  • Warnings
  • Disqualification
  • Non-scoring classification
  • Point removal

    A public penalty log is available on Discord.
8. Incident Reports

Drivers may file incident reports within 15 minutes after each race in the designated Discord channel.

  • 2nd Place: PXN GT Wheel
  • 3rd Place: PXN SF-SH Shifter

    The Organizer and The Sponsor may award additional special prizes.
10. Legal Exclusion & Liability

Drivers waive all claims against PXN, the Organizer, LMU, stewards, and all affiliated persons.

Participation is entirely at the driver’s own risk.



11. Broadcasting Rights



All image, audio, stream, and distribution rights belong exclusively to the Organizer and The Sponsor.



Drivers are invited to record and share their own content

12. Hosting

Server misconfiguration can occur:
 If discovered before the race starts, a new server will be created.
 If discovered after the race, results stand unless unfair advantage is proven.
