The CES Returns for season 2! Get ready for a close championship with a tight battles on track all the way through.
Important Info for playstation drivers
Since Simgrid doesn't allow driver swaps to be created on events labelled as crossplay, To take part you must go into your simgrid profile and paste your PSN id and gamertag into the Xbox section, then please go into the
NLRL discord server and notify the admins in the
playstation driver signup channel once you have signed up for the event
RACE SCHEDULE
18:00 GMT - Server opens
18:00 GMT - Practice (10m)
18:10 GMT - Qualifying (20m)
18:30 GMT - Race

1 mandatory driver swap.
70 minute stint limit.
3h max drive time in a 4 driver team, lower driver counts get more time (ACC does this automatically idk what it is)

Pro teams vs privateer teams
This series separates the teams into two classes, pro and privateer, both fight for the overall championship, however the privateer championship gives the smaller teams a chance to fight for their own championship
Whether your team is a pro or a privateer will be decided by the NLRL admins based on the following factors:
If your team runs it's own leagues
If your team is large in size and capable of fielding many cars across many leagues
If a Privateer team enters more than 2 cars they will automatically be put into the pro class
Reserve teams
If you enter the series as a reserve, you must wait until the start of qualifying before joining, you may only join if less than 35 cars are in the lobby
EXTRA POINTS
There is 3 points awarded for the driver with fastest lap of the race.
STEWARDING
There is no live stewarding, instead teams must clip incidents through the built in feature on their console and submit them to our stewarding form in the
NLRL discord server
When submitting an incident report, your clip should provide:
- Multiple angles from all drivers involved (chase cam preferably)
- The HUD enabled for both drivers at all times during the clip
WITHDRAWING FROM ROUNDS
Please withdraw from rounds here on SimGrid in the Races tab.
You have 2 penalty free withdrawals from rounds.
DNS without a withdrawal will lead in a 5 point standings deduction
If you reach 15 points of deductions you will be automatically disqualified, we will not reinstate any entry that gets disqualified for this reason.
