- Den Verhaltenskodex der EeSC einhalten, solange man auf Discord aktiv ist
- Nicht vom EeSC Discord oder SimGrid ausgeschlossen sein

RĂśCKTRITTSREGELN
Fahrer dĂĽrfen in dieser Meisterschaft bis zu 2 Rennen auslassen. Wenn du mehr als 2 Rennen verpasst, solltest du dir ĂĽberlegen, ob diese Meisterschaft fĂĽr dich geeignet ist.
Während der Saison gibt es eine Drop-Runde: euer schlechtestes Ergebnis wird nicht für die Gesamtwertung berücksichtigt.
NO SHOWS
Für jedes Rennen, bei dem du unangemeldet nicht erscheinst, verhängt SimGrid eine Strafe von 5 Punkten.
Offizielle Abmeldungen (max. 2) zählen nicht als No Shows.
10 Strafpunkte = Disqualifikation (DSQ). Dein Platz wird dann an den ersten Fahrer auf der Warteliste vergeben.

TEILNAHMEGEBĂśHR
Die Teilnahmegebühr für die GT3WM beträgt 9,99 € (10 $) (PayPal).
Wer alle sieben Rennen bestreitet, erhält 5 € (wird tagesaktuell über PayPal umgerechnet) zurück.
Für jedes nicht gefahrene Rennen (auch bei offizieller Abmeldung) wird 1 € abgezogen.
➡ Beispiel: Bei 4 gefahrenen Rennen werden 2 € zurückerstattet.
- Bei nur 1–2 Teilnahmen oder bei kompletter Abmeldung erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
- Bei Disqualifikation (z. B. wegen No Shows) gilt dies ebenfalls als Abmeldung → keine Rückerstattung.
Meldet sich ein Teilnehmer vor dem 15. September 2025 ab, bekommt er den gezahlten Betrag abzüglich 1,99 € Bearbeitungsgebühr zurück.
Sehr wichtig: Bitte gebt bei der PayPal-Zahlung unbedingt euren SimGrid- und Discord-Namen an, damit wir euch korrekt zuordnen können!

ALL DRIVERS PARTICIPATING IN THE GT3WM MUST OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Follow the European eSport Community (EeSC) on SimGrid
- Be a member of the EeSC Discord – all communication before and after the race will take place via this platform
- Comply with the EeSC code of conduct while active on Discord
- Not be excluded from EeSC Discord or SimGrid

WITHDRAWAL RULES
Drivers may miss up to 2 races in this championship. If you miss more than 2 races, you should consider whether this championship is suitable for you.
There is one drop round during the season: your worst result will not be counted towards the overall standings.
NO SHOWS
For each race that you fail to show up for without notice, SimGrid will impose a penalty of 5 points.
Official withdrawals (max. 2) do not count as no shows.
10 penalty points = disqualification (DSQ). Your place will then be given to the first driver on the waiting list.

SCHEDULE

The races will take place every second Monday starting on September 22, 2025.
The final will be held on December 15, 2025.

PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee for the GT3WM is €9.99 ($10) (PayPal).
Anyone who completes all seven races will receive €5 (converted daily via PayPal) back.
For each race not driven (even if officially canceled), €1 will be deducted.
➡ Example: If you drive 4 races, you will be refunded €2.
- If you only participate in 1–2 races or cancel your registration completely, no refund will be given.
- Disqualification (e.g., due to no-shows) is also considered a cancellation → no refund.
If a participant withdraws before September 15, 2025, they will receive a refund of the amount paid minus a €1.99 processing fee.
Very important: Please be sure to include your SimGrid and Discord names when making your PayPal payment so that we can assign you correctly!
