Description and Instructions

TRACKILICIOUS—known for blending real-world track days with competitive sim racing—is teaming up with our friends at Degenerate Racing League to bring you another exciting event. Welcome to The Open Grid. 

Any car, One class, no restrictions!

GT3, GT4, GT2, M2, Porsche Cup…if it has wheels and an engine, it’s welcome on the grid.

RACE FORMAT

  • 5 minute qualification session.  
    •  Long enough to regret your tire choice, not long enough to fix it. 
  • 70 min Race
    • 1 Mandatory Pit Stop
      • Fixed Refueling Time 25sec (mandatory)
      • Optional Tires
      • No Pit Window
  • This is a fun event and will not be scored or affect your SimGrid rating.

RACE DAY SCHEDULE

  • 8:00 ET - Race server goes up 
  • 8:01 ET - Drivers Briefing (VC)
  • 8:30 ET - Race Start (No Qualification)

CAR SELECTION

Select any car that ACC allows. GT3, GT2, GT4, M2, Porsche Cup. Got a favorite, drive it! Car changes will be allowed up until an hour before the race server goes up.

CUSTOM LIVERIES

We love to see the creativity on the grid and welcome custom liveries. If you are new and have questions, join our discord! We will be happy to help.

  • Required to have _0.dds and _1.dds files
  • No profanity or offensive visuals
Notes:

  • DO NOT ZIP FILES WHEN UPLOADING
  • Upload should be exactly how you do it on your computer
  • Liveries MUST include DDS 0 and DDS 1 files or they will NOT be set for downloads.
