BUSR Casual GT4 Trial Cup

OVERVIEW

This cup is a trial for a BUSR Casual GT4 event also open to SimGrid members.

A 4 week event, the BUSR Casual GT4 Trial Cup will be fresh new cup designed for those who are looking for a casual race where you can throw your favourite GT4 around a track whilst also racing against other players. This being a casual event, it is designed for players who:
- are looking for a casual evening of racing
- are new to racing and want to learn the basics at the hands of a GT4
- love GT4s

Please note that if you are too fast to the point where it makes it so it is not competitive for others, the BUSR Event Organisers reserve the right to ask you to leave, or remove you from the cup if necessary.

The races will be 1 hour each with a 15 minute qualifying session before-hand.

You will be able to sign-out of any number of races.

Drivers will be able to request car choice change up to 4 times during the cup.

There will be a maximum of 30 drivers on the grid with 10 reserves.


REGISTRATION

Sign-ups will be done on a first come first served basis. Once you have registered please follow the instructions provided in the BUSR section of the SimGrid discord.


EVENT TIMETABLE

Practice - Opens @ 1700 GMT
Pre-Race Brief - 1845 GMT
Quali - 1900 GMT
Race - 1920 GMT


PIT STOPS

1 Mandatory pit stop with a mandatory tyre change. Refueling is allowed.


STEWARDING

No stewarding or post-race investigations will be held. If a driver is found to be excessively aggressive or dangerous then they will be removed from the cup.


BOP

Any GT4 can be used.


RULES

Racers must abide by the BUSR ruleset. Please familiarise yourself with them before racing.
