IFWL.NET ACC OPEN FORMAT TEST SERIES

Welcome to our Console X-Play Test Series! We’re excited to invite you to this special run of races as we regroup from our last Pro-Am series, which saw just 9 Pro-Am racers and 41 beginners. Here’s what you need to know:

• Fields & Format

• Beginners’ Grid: 35 slots

• Pro-Am Grid: 15 slots

• Races take place every Wednesday, under full Pro-Am regulations.

• Entry List Enforcement

• This series will use a strict entry list. Both members and console moderators are getting up to speed on how these lists work, so please bear with us if any hiccups occur.

• You’ll select your car during the pre-season test and then be locked in for the remainder of the series.

• Finalizing Entries

• Entry lists will close one hour before each race. Make sure you’re confirmed on the list to secure your spot!

• Lobby & Future Plans

• Our 50-slot lobbies currently limit track availability (over 40% of tracks are affected by pitbox constraints).

• If interest remains high, we’ll explore running dual lobbies when the full October season kicks off.

• Commentary & Community

• All races will be fully commentated—sit back, enjoy the action, and cheer each other on!

Welcome to the final “series” of the Pro Am series for IFWL.NET - from october 2025 IFWL are moving into a 4 seasons per year format. 

Race set up

20-10-40

• 🟩 Practice: 19:00 GMT (20 mins)

• 🟨 Qualifying: 19:20 GMT (10 mins)

• 🟥 Race: 19:30 GMT (40 mins)

• ⏱️ Total: 1 hr 10 mins Rolling practice server live all week

Stewarding Process

• 24h: Submit incidents

• 24h: Appeals

• 24h: Final ticket updates

• 🏁 Results posted after 72h on Discord

• May show DNS or blank until stewards complete their review process

Series Specific Rules

1. DQS: Withdrawing from 2 races ( NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE 4 PERMITTED SIGNOUTS) during the season will lead to disqualification from the championship. This is to encourage consistent participation and ensure fair competition for all drivers throughout the series. Only withdraw when absolutely necessary, as every race counts. Missed race = 5 pen points - max pen points are set at 10 which results in DQ
