The Sim Grid 90min of Kyalami

OVERVIEW

It's time to find a friend, for some 2 driver team racing at Kyalami! 90minutes of racing with a mandatory driver swap pit window in the middle of the race, which team has the pace and ability to avoid that deadly yellow kerb at Cheetah corner and take the victory?

With 4 splits available, and space on the grid for 40 cars in each split, we could have up to 320 drivers racing in one evening! But you should act fast if you want to be one of them.

SIGN UP PROCESS

First-come-first-serve event. Register quickly to secure your space on the grid. Once the grid is full, you can register as a reserve team and then take any available grid slots should a team drop out or be absent.

Team size MUST be 2 drivers. Solo drivers will be removed from this event.

EVENT TIMETABLE

Practice - 20:30 CEST
Drivers Briefing - 20:40 CEST
Qualifying - 20:45 CEST
Race - 21:00 CEST

PIT STOPS

One mandatory pit stop is required during the 10 minute pit window which opens with 50minutes remaining and closes with 40minutes remaining.

STEWARDING

All splits will have both Live and post-race stewarding using the incident report form on Discord. Please read the rules to learn about the incident report process.

RULES

CUSTOM LIVERIES

The use of custom liveries made outside of the game is permitted in this event. However, the use of these liveries is not officially supported by the game developers. Please be aware that running external custom liveries can induce significant client side lag when another user connects or disconnects.
