Description and Instructions

THE INDY MAGIC 3

Welcome to a fun Off Season Race to fill your time. We head to the USA, Indianapolis to be exact for some high octane fuelled racing.

SCHEDULE

  • Practice: 7:00pm ( 60’ )
  • Qualifying: N/A
  • Race 1: 8:00pm ( 25’ )
  • Race 2: 8:30pm ( 25’ )
  • Race 2: 9:00pm ( 25’ )

All times U.K. times.

FORMAT

Qualifying - There is no qualifying for race? Huh? Qualifying will take place virtually. Before the session all drivers will be placed into a hat and then drawn at random. This will determine the grid for Race 1 

Race 1 - 25 mins at 8am (sunrise)

Race 2 - Grid will be sorted by Race 1 results - 25mins at 2pm (afternoon)

Race 3 - Grid will be sorted by Race 2 results but FULL reverse grid - 25mins at 11pm (night)

RACE RULES

Not much to note. This is simply a straight out 3 sprint races, with no pit stops required. Also Race 3 is double points, so it worth sticking it out!!

DRIVER RULES

All drivers must be following FRL Discord, as this will update you with any changes to the race and also the key information as to which servers you will need to select. Must have a SimGrid attendance score of 40%

Penalties will be applied to drivers who cause crashes and incidents, so you all better be on your best behaviour.

Important information

If you sign up after the deadline for QUALIFYING you will start at the back. Deadline is 9/3/2025 at 5pm UK
