Welcome to Rookie Wednesday Season 13
The best rookie championship on SimGrid! We are back for Season 13, we cannot believe how long this has been going!
Remember we have 2 splits Rookie & AM's Drivers lap time must be within a percentage set by TOGA - If your pace is 104% or higher please sign up at a Rookie - If you pace is between 103% to 104% please sign up a AM - If a driver exceeds specific lap time the driver willl be DSQ'd from the championship.
Lap Time cut off
- Donington Park - 01:28.81 or greater (104%) / 01:27.96 - 01:28.81 (103-104%)
- SPA - 02:20.65 or greater (104%) / 02:19.29 - 02:20.65 (103-104%)
- Watkins Glen - 01:46.59 or greater (104%) / 01:45.56 - 01:46.59 (103-104%)
- Paul Ricard - 01:56.53 or greater (104%) / 01:55.41 - 01:56.53 (103-104%)
** if you exceed the 103% laptime TOGA has a laptime in mind where if you are really too fast, you will be kindly asked to leave and find another championship
Ballast System
The ballast system will be back for Season 13, we will look at the lap times after each race and will apply additional ballast to the LFM BOP
Session Info
- Practice - 20mins (19:00 UK)
- Practice 2 (Driver Briefing) - 10mins (19:20 UK)
- Qualifying - 12mins (19:30 UK)
- Race - 65 mins (19:42 UK)
Session Extra's
- 1 pitstop for fuel and tyres
- pit window of 10mins
- no fixed time refuelling
- LFM BOP
- Double Points for Round 4
- 2 extra points for fastest lap in race

LIVE STEWARDING
This will decided on the race day itself, we do have stewards but we will gauge there availability if not then stewarding will happen after the race
LIVE STREAMING / COMMENTRARY
This will be also decided on the day, if there is NO live stream then the race highlights will be uploaded to our YouTube account at 10am the following day.
