ORL 24 Hours of spa
join us for our biggest event of the year - ORL 24 Hours of spa!
race start time is specified as the time of qualifying
- June 7th 2025 @ 8AM EST/14:00 CET
- Event schedule:
- 7:00am EST - Practice - 45mins
- 7:45am EST - Drivers Briefing - 15mins
- 8:00am EST - Qualifying - 30mins (15/class)
- 8:35am EST - Race - 24hrs
The race will have a 65 minute Stint Timer
ENTRY FEE
Please send the full balance of your entry fees to the paypal account linked below. The entry fee is $15 USD per team. If paypal requires you to do CAD please send $21 CAD - NOT $15.
All Entry Fees Are Final - Please confirm your availability before confirming your purchase. All paid fees are considered final. We do not offer refunds for any reason including: lack of availability to participate, being kicked or removed from the championship, being kicked or banned from the Discord server or any other reason. ORL IS NOT TO ABSORB THE TRACTION FEES, IF YOU SEND EVEN $0.01 LESS THAN THE FULL AMOUNT IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AN UNPAID BALANCE.
PRIZES
- Prizes are TBD at this time - Trying to lock down a VERY good grand prize for this
- There will be both raffle (for all finishers) and podium prizes
- We might do a 50-50 draw to help support the league since all the entry fee income will be allocated for prizes
CAR CLASSES & PRIZES
There will be no registration limit. If there is an overflow, we will decide how to will split it later.
- GT3 Pro/AM
- These teams will have a mix of all skill levels.
- GT3 AM
- These teams will consist of ONLY Rookie drivers based on their simgrid rating.
LIVE STEWARDING
We will have live stewards on rotating shifts for the event.
What this MIGHT mean is long time windows where no penalties are applied and short bursts of penalties being applied at once. More on this closer to the date.
This race will have an active Safety Car for incidents between 2+ drivers with at least 1 getting noticeable damage

RAIN DATE
- If for any reason there is an issue with the server, scheduling conflicts or unexpected circumstances we will reschedule this race for June 14th (the following Saturday). This is unlikely to happen but we want to make sure this is disclosed as early as possible.
