OVERVIEW
Welcome to the Newbridge E-Sports 2022 British GT Championship!
The Newbridge E-Sports British GT Championship is Newbridge's first championship on ACC, following in the footsteps of the real British GT Championship, and our real-world counterpart, Newbridge Motorsport. The championship will run from April to October, and features a massive £2700 Prize Pool provided by our series partner, Secure Storage South Yorkshire, meaning you can race for a prize pool with No entry fee!
From (20-03-2022) Team hotstint qualifying opens until 02-04-2022 00:00 GMT. Teams who wish to participate shall register and qualify by 00:00 GMT on April 2nd 2022 , After this deadline, registration in the competition will no longer be available.
The top 16 drivers from each category will then be invited to compete in the Newbridge E-Sports British GT Championship, calendar dates can be found in the regulation document at the bottom of this page.
The car you use for the hotstint qualifying is the car you must use during the championship. Mid-season car changes are not permitted.
The competition is currently in the following phase:
QUALIFYING PHASE
- Newbridge E-Sports British GT - Team Hot Stint Qualifying, 3 Laps around Autodromo Imola, which will then be averaged into one lap time, between both yourself and your teammate. The hotstint leaderboard will be available on the official website (link) where all Drivers can check their lap times. Please note that the leaderboard and entry list updates every 4 Hours.
- Once the hotstint qualifying has concluded, the Top 16 Drivers from each class will earn their spot to compete in the Newbridge E-Sports British GT Championship.
SERVER INFORMATION The hotstint qualifying server will open on the 20th March at 00:00 GMT, and close on the 2nd April, 00:00 GMT.

DISCORD
All Drivers must join the official Newbridge eSports Discord server.
The Newbridge E-Sports Discord server shall be considered as the main channel of communication between the Organiser, Race Direction and Drivers.
It is mandatory for every Driver to join the official Discord server in order to be aware of official communication, participate in the mandatory Driver Briefing and let admins co-ordinate all the different racing sessions and communication.
All the official results of the Pre-Qualifying, races and penalties will be posted in Discord.

PRIZE POOL
The top 3 drivers of the final championship standings will get access to the prize money. The prize money will be divided between the top 3 teams per category in the final standings at the end of the championship, with a minimum guarantee of 1000 GBP divided as follows:
GT3 - £1000
- P1 - 50% of the prize pool
- P2 - 30% of the prize pool
- P3 - 20% of the prize pool
GT4 - £1000
- P1 - 50% of the prize pool
- P2 - 30% of the prize pool
- P3 - 20% of the prize pool
STEWARDING
The Newbridge E-Sports British GT Championship will have live and post-race stewarding. There will be a dedicated form in discord to report incidents.(instructions can be found in discord #protests)
